Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku niniejszego jest sposób wyrobu imitujacych dwuwarstwowe szklo barwne kolorowych przedmiotów szklanych do armatur oswietleniowych, zwlaszcza elektrycznych.Dotychdziais rózne kolorowe przedmioty szklane otrzymywano przez obciaganie war¬ stwy szkla przezroczystego warstwa szkla barwnego, powlekanego ewentualnie lakie¬ rem bezbarwnym. Tenj sposób wyrobu wyka¬ zuje jednakze szereg trudnosci, wynikaja¬ cych z koniecznosci bardzo skrupulatnego dobierania gatunków szkla obu warstw, a zwlaszcza ich wspólczynników rozszerzalno¬ sci, w przeciwnym bowiem przypadku przed¬ mioty, tak wytfwarzane, latwo pekaja. Po¬ nadto sposób ten byl doisc kosztowny.Sposób wedlug wynalazku polega na po¬ wlekaniu wewnetrznej powierzchni przed¬ miotu, wykonanego ze szkla przezroczyste¬ go, warstwa farby, która po wyschnieciu powleka sie warstwa bialego lakieru. Tak wykonane przedmioty daja pelne wrazenie szkla kolorowego, imitujacego doskonale szklo dwu lub trzywarstwowe. Nakladanie farby, jak równiez lakieru moze byc usku-teczniane badz zapomoca znanego przyrza¬ du do rozpylania, badz tez przez smarowa¬ nie. PLThe subject of the present invention is a method of producing colored glass objects imitating colored glass for lighting fixtures, especially electric ones. So far, various colored glass objects were obtained by dressing a transparent glass layer with a layer of colored glass, possibly coated with a clear varnish. This method of manufacturing, however, presents a number of difficulties, resulting from the necessity to carefully select the glass grades of both layers, and in particular their expansion coefficients, otherwise the objects thus processed easily break. Moreover, this method was expensive. The method according to the invention consists in coating the inner surface of an object, made of transparent glass, with a layer of paint which, after drying, is coated with a layer of white varnish. Objects made in this way give a full impression of colored glass, perfectly imitating two or three-layer glass. The application of the paint as well as the varnish can be effected, either by means of a known spraying device, or by lubrication. PL
