Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zbieracz psich odchodów. Zbieracze służą do zbierania odchodów po małych zwierzętach domowych pozostawionych na trawnikach, chodnikach, ścieżkach rowerowych itp. Właściciele psów i kotów mają obowiązek to robić na terenie miast i osiedli mieszkaniowych.The invention relates to a collector of dog droppings. Collectors are used to collect droppings from small domestic animals left on lawns, sidewalks, bicycle paths, etc. Dog and cat owners are required to do so in towns and housing estates.

Znane są i stosowane nielicznie w Polsce przyrządy do wykonywania tej czynności takie jak: jednorazowe zestawy - torebka i tekturowa łopatka, tekturowe torebki z uchwytami, chwytaki z tworzywa sztucznego zaopatrzone w foliową torebkę oraz inne, o temat dział ania których brak szerszych informacji.
