The support allows for maintaining the appropriate thickness of the concrete cover around the rebar, as well as the proper distance of the reinforcement from the formwork. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The new form of the support is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, contours, and decorative elements. The rebar spacer support, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for repeated reproduction. It is made of plastic. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, illustrating the support in a general view from above and from the sides. Significant features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached photograph include that the rebar spacer support is shaped as a rectangular block, open at the top and bottom. Inside the block are ribs intersecting at right angles, creating struts. The side walls of the support, at the top and bottom, have arc-shaped cutouts. The depth of the upper cutouts is shallower, while the cutouts at the bottom are deeper. The side walls of the support are decorated with verbal and graphic motifs in the form of inscriptions, distinguished by a stylized font.
