Description

We wszystkich odmianach sondy odleglosc pomiarowa A, mierzona pomiedzy koncówkami czujników temperatury, wynosi 2000 mm. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest postac sondy, przejawiajaca sie w tym, ze sonda ma dwa boczne zaglebienia, w których sa umieszczone czujniki temperatury, a zaglebienia te sa usytuowane szeregowo wzdluz podluznej osi sondy i sa oddalone od siebie na odleglosc pomiarowa A. Cechy szczególne wzoru przemyslowego: – czujniki temperatury sa umieszczone w dolnych sciankach zaglebien i sa maksymalnie wysuniete na zewnatrz, a w górnych sciankach zaglebien znajduja sie dodatkowe otwory montazowe, zamkniete korkami, lub – czujniki temperatury sa umieszczone w górnych sciankach zaglebien i sa wysuniete ze scianek na najmniejsza mozliwa odleglosc, zas w dolnych sciankach zaglebien znajduja sie dodatkowe otwory montazowe, zamkniete korkami, lub – czujniki temperatury sa umieszczone w dolnych sciankach zaglebien i sa maksymalnie wysuniete na zewnatrz, a scianki górne pozostaja bez wyposazenia, lub – czujniki temperatury sa umieszczone w dolnych sciankach zaglebien i sa wysuniete ze scianek na najmniejsza mozliwa odleglosc, zas scianki górne pozostaja bez wyposazenia.PL 20727 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 20727 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a differential thermometer probe designed to measure temperature in geothermal wells. The industrial design depicts four variants of the probe, each sharing a common essential design feature. The industrial design is illustrated in a side view with partial cross-sections, where Fig. 1 depicts the first variant of the probe, Fig. 2 depicts the second variant of the probe, Fig. 3 depicts the third variant of the probe, and Fig. 4 depicts the fourth variant of the probe. The probe has the form of an elongated cylinder consisting of three tightly connected main components: – an upper assembly, – a central section, and – a lower cover. In the central section, the probe has two lateral recesses in which temperature sensors are located. Both recesses are arranged in series along the longitudinal axis of the probe and are spaced apart by the required measuring distance A. Each recess is bounded by two flat walls: an upper wall and a lower wall, preferably positioned at right angles to each other. Temperature sensors are installed in mounting holes made in these walls, extending from their surface toward the center of the probe. The first probe variant, shown in Fig. 1, has temperature sensors embedded in the lower walls and protruding as far out as possible from the recess walls. The upper walls are provided with additional mounting holes closed with plugs, located closer to the outer contour of the probe than the mounting holes in the lower walls containing the temperature sensors. The probe of the second variety, shown in Fig. 2, has temperature sensors embedded in the upper walls and extended from the recess walls by the shortest possible distance. The lower walls are provided with additional mounting holes closed with plugs, located farther from the outer contour of the probe than the mounting holes in the upper walls with the temperature sensors. The probe of the third variety, shown in Fig. 3, has temperature sensors embedded in the lower walls and extended as far out as possible from the recess walls, as in the first variety. The upper walls remain unequipped. The probe of the fourth variety, shown in Fig. 4, has temperature sensors embedded in the lower walls and extended from these walls by the shortest possible distance. The upper walls remain unequipped. In all probe variants, the measuring distance A, measured between the temperature sensor tips, is 2000 mm. An essential feature of the industrial design is the form of the probe, which is manifested in the fact that the probe has two side recesses in which temperature sensors are placed, and these recesses are arranged in series along the longitudinal axis of the probe and are spaced from each other by the measuring distance A. Special features of the industrial design: – temperature sensors are placed in the lower walls of the recesses and are maximally extended outwards, and in the upper walls of the recesses there are additional mounting holes closed with plugs, or – temperature sensors are placed in the upper walls of the recesses and are extended from the walls by the smallest possible distance, and in the lower walls of the recesses there are additional mounting holes closed with plugs, or – temperature sensors are placed in the lower walls of the recesses and are maximally extended outwards, and the upper walls are left without equipment, or – temperature sensors are placed in the lower walls of the recesses and are protruded from the walls by the smallest possible distance, while the upper walls are left without equipment.PL 20727 3 Illustration of the patternPL 20727 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
