Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest klocek drewniany majacy postac pojazdu sprzedawany pod nazwa handlowa „WoodY". Odmiana 1 - Pojazd o nadwoziu w naturalnym kolorze drewna z kolami w kolorze czerwonym uwidoczniony na fig. 1. Odmiana 2 - Pojazd o nadwoziu w naturalnym kolorze drewna z kolami w kolorze granatowym uwidoczniony na fig. 2. Odmiana 3 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pomalowanym specjalna farba z przeznaczeniem - do rysowania kreda pokazany na fig. 3. Odmiana 4 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pomalowanym we wzory pokazany na fig. 4 wyróznia: – kolor kól zobrazowanego wzoru jest zólty lecz moze byc z calej palety barw, – na górnej scianie - dachu w kolorze czerwonym jest ornamentyka: 8 szescioboków; kazdy szesciobok jest czarny, z wylaczeniem kola na jego srodku, które wycina element koloru tla (którym pokryta jest górna sciana figury). 8 szescioboków lezy w 3 rzedach: po 3 szescioboki na zewnatrz, 2 szescioboki w srodkowym rzedzie, – na scietej czesci przedniej sciany znajduja sie dwa czarne kola na bialym tle, wypelniajace symetrycznie scieta czesc boku. Czesc sciany - bez sciecia, jest koloru rózowego, – pozostale sciany fig. 4 sa w naturalnym kolorze drewna. Odmiana 5 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem wyróznia: – na bocznych i przedniej scianie ma ornament symbolizujacy szyby: sa to owalne ksztalty (wypelnione blekitnym kolorem) o podstawach linii prostej równoleglych wzgledem siebie, a owalach na bokach. Przód pojazdu w czesci nieobjetej scieciem ma kolor grafitowy. Na nim umieszczone sa regularne, drobne okragle punkty umieszczone w rzedach - co obrazuje fig. 5, – kolory kól moga byc z calej palety barw; w fig. 5 sa czarne. Odmiana 6 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem: – na bocznych, tylnej i przedniej scianie wzór zobrazowany na fig. 6 ma nastepujacy ornament: biale tlo pokrywajace 3/4 powierzchni scian (od góry), na nim na przedniej scianie jest ksztalt symbolizujacy szybe (owalny ksztalt wypelniony mietowym kolorem o podstawach linii prostej równoleglych wzgledem siebie, a owalach na bokach). Na bocznych scianach pojazdu sa podobne, lecz sciete owale symbolizujace szyby, a w dalszej czesci pojazdu jest czerwony krzyzyk symbolizujacy karetke. Kola pojazdu sa jasno brazowe, – górna sciana fig. 6 (dach) jest w naturalnym kolorze drewna, – kolory kól moga byc z calej palety barw; w Fig. 6 sa fioletowe. Odmiana 7 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem: – ornamentyka wzoru pokazanego na fig. 7 sklada sie z elementów: górna sciana figury (dach pojazdu) pokryta jest mietowym jednolitym kolorem, sciecie na przedniej sciance pojazdu pokryte jest bialym tlem, na którym jest szesc kól wypelnionych ciemno zielonym kolorem. Kola te umieszczone sa po 3 w dwóch rzedach. Pozostala czesc przedniej scianki pokryta jestPL 20677 3 mietowym kolorem. Kolorystyka w ramach tego ornamentu moze byc dowolna. Wazne aby pozostaly jego ksztalty, – kola Figury 7 sa zielonego koloru, choc kolor tu jest dowolny, istotne aby wszystkie 4 kola pojazdu w tej figurze byly tego samego koloru. Odmiana 8 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem: – fig. 8 pokryta jest na górnej scianie (dachu pojazdu), oraz na przedniej i tylnej sciance ornamentyka skladajaca sie z czarnych pasów o owalnych krancach na mietowym tle. Na kazdej sciance jest po kilka pasów. Kolorystyka pasów i tla moze byc dowolna, – pozostale sciany fig. 8 sa w naturalnym kolorze drewna. Odmiana 9 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem: – przód pojazdu w czesci nieobjetej scieciem ma kolor grafitowy. Na nim umieszczone sa regularne, drobne okragle punkty (za którymi kryja sie otwory) umieszczone w rzedach - co obrazuje fig. 9, – pozostale sciany fig. 9 sa w naturalnym kolorze drewna, – kolory kól moga byc z calej palety barw; w fig. 9 sa w kolorze mietowym. Odmiana 10 - Pojazd o nadwoziu pokrytym charakterystycznym ornamentem: – na górnej (wiekszej) scianie oraz przedniej (scietej scianie, stanowiacej polowe sciany z przodu pojazdu) widoczny jest ornament. Ornament ten sklada sie z prostych elementów graficznych, a dokladnie sa to owalne drobne ksztalty „mietowego koloru", ukladajace sie ukosnie w „choinke", w czterech rzedach; kilka z tych ksztaltów zabarwionych jest na czarno, kolorystyka tla i ksztaltów moze byc dowolna, – pozostala czesc przedniej scianki pojazdu (tej nie objetej scieciem) pokryta jest ornamentem: na naturalnym kolorze drewnianej sciany umieszczone sa regularne, drobne okragle punkty umieszczone w rzedach, – kolory kól moga byc z calej palety barw; w fig. 10 sa w kolorze mietowym. CECHY ISTOTNE WZORU PRZEMYSLOWEGO Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt i ornamentacja jak pokazano na ilustracji wzoru. Wspólna cecha wszystkich odmian wzoru jest ksztalt bedacy efektem wyciecia fragmentów z prostopadlosciennej drewnianej bryly. Sciecie to dotyczy tylko polowy krótszej sciany figury. Pozostala czesc krótszej sciany (ta która nie zostala „scieta") przylega prostopadle do trzech sasiadujacych powierzchni. The design was filed in 10 variants, shown in the attached illustrative material, where: • Fig. 1 - shows variant 1 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 2 - shows variant 2 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 3 - shows variant 3 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 4 - shows variant 4 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 5 - shows variant 5 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 6 - shows variant 6 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 7 - shows variant 7 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 8 - shows variant 8 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 9 - shows variant 9 of the vehicle in a perspective view, • Fig. 10 - shows variant 10 of the vehicle in a perspective view. Variation 1 - A vehicle with a body in a natural wood color with red wheels, shown in fig. 1. Variation 2 - A vehicle with a body in a natural wood color with navy blue wheels, shown in fig. 2. Variation 3 - A vehicle with a body painted with a special paint intended for drawing with chalk, shown in fig. 3. Variation 4 - A vehicle with a body painted with patterns, shown in fig. 4, is distinguished by: – the color of the wheels of the illustrated pattern is yellow but can be from the entire palette of colors, – on the upper wall - roof there is ornamentation in red: 8 hexagons; each hexagon is black, excluding the circle in its center, which cuts out an element of the background color (with which the upper wall of the figure is covered). Eight hexagons are arranged in three rows: three hexagons on each side, two hexagons in the middle row. – On the beveled part of the front wall, there are two black circles on a white background, symmetrically filling the beveled part of the side. Part of the wall, without the bevel, is pink. – The remaining walls in fig. 4 are in the natural color of the wood. Variation 5 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament is distinguished by: – on the side and front walls, it has an ornament symbolizing the windows: these are oval shapes (filled with blue) with straight line bases parallel to each other, and ovals on the sides. The front of the vehicle, in the part not covered by the bevel, is graphite gray. It features regular, small round dots arranged in rows, as shown in Fig. 5. The wheel colors can be from the entire palette; in Fig. 5, they are black. Variation 6 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament: - on the side, rear, and front walls, the pattern shown in Fig. 6 has the following ornament: a white background covering 3/4 of the wall surface (from the top), and on the front wall there is a shape symbolizing the window (an oval shape filled with mint color with straight line bases parallel to each other and ovals on the sides). The side walls of the vehicle feature similar, but truncated, ovals symbolizing the windows, and further back on the vehicle there is a red cross symbolizing an ambulance. The vehicle's wheels are light brown, the upper wall of Fig. 6 (roof) is in the natural color of the wood, and the wheel colors can be from the entire palette; in Fig. 6, they are purple. Variation 7 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament: The ornamentation of the pattern shown in Fig. 7 consists of the following elements: the upper wall of the figure (vehicle roof) is covered in a uniform mint color, the cutout on the front wall of the vehicle is covered with a white background, on which there are six wheels filled with dark green. These wheels are arranged in two rows of three. The remaining part of the front wall is covered in PL 20677 3 mint. The color scheme within this ornament can be any. It's important that its shapes remain the same. – The wheels of Figure 7 are green, although the color here is optional. It's important that all four wheels of the vehicle in this figure are the same color. Variation 8 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament: – Fig. 8 is covered on the upper wall (vehicle roof) and on the front and rear walls with ornamentation consisting of black stripes with oval edges on a mint background. Each wall has several stripes. The colors of the stripes and background can be any. – The remaining walls of Fig. 8 are in the natural color of the wood. Variation 9 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament: – The front of the vehicle, in the part not covered by the cutout, is graphite. On it are regular, small round dots (hiding holes) arranged in rows - as illustrated in Fig. 9, - the remaining walls of Fig. 9 are in the natural color of the wood, - the wheel colors can be from the entire palette; in Fig. 9 they are mint. Variation 10 - A vehicle with a body covered with a characteristic ornament: - an ornament is visible on the upper (larger) wall and the front (the truncated wall, constituting half of the wall at the front of the vehicle). This ornament consists of simple graphic elements, specifically small "mint" oval shapes arranged diagonally in a "Christmas tree" shape, in four rows; Several of these shapes are colored black; the background and shape colors can be any. The remaining part of the vehicle's front wall (the part not cut) is covered with an ornament: the natural color of the wooden wall features regular, small round dots arranged in rows. The colors of the circles can be from the entire color palette; in Fig. 10, they are mint. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF AN INDUSTRIAL DESIGN An essential feature of an industrial design is the shape and ornamentation, as shown in the illustration of the design. A common feature of all design variations is the shape resulting from cutting out fragments from a rectangular wooden block. This cut only affects half of the shorter side of the figure. The remaining part of the shorter side (the part that has not been cut) adheres perpendicularly to the three adjacent surfaces.
