Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany oporowy, przeznaczony do budo- wy oslon, palisad, umocnien i murów oporowych. Element budowlany oporowy ma dwie odmiany. W kazdej odmianie element ma postac ksztaltki skladajacej sie czesci zblizonej do prostopadloscianu z ramionami, które przechodza w czesc lukowa zblizona do wycinka toroidalnego. Czolowa sciana czesci prostopadlosciennej ma lico z rózna faktura powierzchni. Element budowlany wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w odmianach na rysunku zbiorczym - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Fig. 1 przedstawia element w odmianie pierwszej, w której wysokosc czesci prostopadloscien- nej elementu jest zblizona do szerokosci ramion. Fig. 2 przedstawia element w odmianie drugiej, w której wysokosc czesci prostopadlosciennej elementu jest wieksza od szerokosci ramion. The retaining building element comes in two varieties. In each variety, the element takes the form of a shaped part consisting of a portion similar to a cuboid with arms that merge into an arc-shaped portion similar to a toroidal sector. The front face of the cuboid portion has a face with a different surface texture. The building element according to the industrial design is presented in the variations in the collective drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 1 shows the element in the first variety, in which the height of the cuboid portion of the element is similar to the width of the arms. Fig. 2 shows the element in the second variety, in which the height of the cuboid portion of the element is greater than the width of the arms.
