Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tablica reklamowa typu „billboard" ze slupami z profili zimnogietych. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia jednostronna tabli- ce reklamowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia jednostronna tablice w widoku od tylu, a fig. 3 przedstawia dwustronna tablice reklamowa w rzucie aksonometrycznym. Wykaz odmian: 1) tablica reklamowa jednostronna - fig. 1, fig. 2; 2) tablica reklamowa dwustronna fig. 3. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest równiez na ilustracji zbiorczej, na której przedstawione sa jego odmiany. Tablica reklamowa zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym sklada sie z plyty panelowej utworzonej z zespolonych brytów, slupów nosnych, ramki ozdobnej i elementów laczacych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego tablicy reklamowej sa nastepujace: - tablica reklamowa posiada plyte panelowa o prostokatnym ksztalcie, polaczona z dwoma nosnymi slupami; - prostokatnie uksztaltowana plyta panelowa osadzona jest w ramce; - prostokatnie uksztaltowana plyte panelowa tworza zespolone ze soba bryty o równoleglym ulozeniu wzgledem siebie i ramek plyty; - zespolone ze soba bryty zawieszone sa na poziomych blaszanych profilach; - slupy nosne tablicy w widoku z góry maja ksztalt litery „H" o zagietych do wewnatrz krót- szych ramionach; - w odmianie drugiej dwustronna tablice reklamowa stanowia dwie prostokatnie uksztalto- wane plyty panelowe, polaczone ze soba dwoma slupami, które znajduja sie pomiedzy plytami. The billboard, in accordance with the industrial design, consists of a panel board made of combined panels, load-bearing pillars, a decorative frame and connecting elements. The essential features of the industrial design of the billboard are as follows: - the billboard has a panel board with a rectangular in shape, connected to two load-bearing posts; - the rectangularly shaped panel board is set in a frame; - the rectangularly shaped panel board is formed by panels joined together with a parallel arrangement to each other and to the panel frames; - the panels joined together are suspended on horizontal sheet metal profiles; - the supporting posts of the board, when viewed from above, have the shape of the letter "H" with shorter arms bent inwards; - in the second version, the double-sided advertising board consists of two rectangularly shaped panel boards, connected to each other with two posts located between the boards.
