Cyfra 8 oznacza panel tylny wzoru w ksztal- cie prostokata, który ksztaltem i wielkoscia jest taki sam jak panel przedni (1), nie zawiera jednak otworów na wino i wejscia dla psa. Zawiera otwór na wyjscie kabla elektrycznego o czym bedzie mo- wa w dalszej czesci. Cyfra 9 oznacza panele boczne przedmiotu w ksztalcie prostokata, które sa ele- mentem siedziska dla psa. Cyfra 10 oznacza podloge w siedzisku dla psa w ksztalcie kwadratu. Cyfra 11 oznacza panel bedacy sufitem siedziska w ksztalcie kwadratu (linia przerywana). Od siedziska dla psa instalacja elektryczna oddzielona jest panelem który przedstawia cyfra 11. Przewód zasilajacy, oznaczony cyfra 14, poprowadzony jest pomiedzy panelem 11 i 12, wychodzi przez otwór w panelu tylnym (8). Przewód ma wlacznik pradu oznaczony cyfra 15 i zakonczony jest wtyczka ozna- czona cyfra 16. Odmiana II wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniona z czterech róznych perspektyw opisanych jako Figura 3, Figura 4, Figura 5, Figura 6 oraz Figura 7 bedacej przykladowa aranzacja w/w odmiany. Figury 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 przedstawiaja odmiane wzoru umiejscowiona po lewej stronie wersalki (kanapy, naroznika itd.). Liniami przerywanymi oznaczone sa elementy, których w danej figurze nie widac. The purpose of the design is twofold: practical and aesthetic. As a practical item, it is to be used to store wine and to be a place for the dog to rest. The item is to be particularly useful in small apartments where space for such items is limited. For aesthetic reasons, the item is to please the user with its modern shape and good finishing materials. Depending on the variety, the design has the following advantages/features: variety I has panels mounted parallel to each other, which give the item a characteristic ribbed character. The light of the spotlight placed inside is reflected from the colored bottles, creating an interesting effect on the ceiling of the apartment. Variation I can also be used as a night lamp. Variation II is an attachment to a sofa bed (sofa, corner sofa, armchair). It is devoid of parallel panels, but it presents even more utility values than variant I. It has a hand rest useful for sofa beds without armrests or making it easier to put a lamp down when reading a book. In terms of utility values, the fact that in both variants I and II the very location of the dog seat in the wine rack is an unusual and original solution, and from the applicant's point of view unknown, is important for the design. Wine racks available on the market are usually intended solely for storing wine. The dashed line indicates the elements that are not visible in the photograph. Number 1 shows the front panel of the object in the shape of a rectangle. In the upper part with holes for inserting wine (2) and in the lower part with the entrance to the dog seat, which has the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners (3). Number 4 shows the second panel of the object in the shape of a rectangle, in which there are holes for wine (5). Their task is to support the bottle. Number 6 shows the third panel in the shape of a rectangle, through which aluminum rods (7) pass, the task of which is to support the bottle of wine so that it does not slide back. Number 8 indicates the rear panel of the pattern in the shape of a rectangle, which is the same in shape and size as the front panel (1), but does not contain holes for wine and entrance for the dog. It contains a hole for the exit of the electric cable, which will be discussed later. Number 9 indicates the side panels of the object in the shape of a rectangle, which are an element of the dog seat. The number 10 indicates the floor of the square-shaped dog seat. The number 11 indicates the panel that is the ceiling of the square-shaped dog seat (dashed line). The number 12 indicates the panel above the ceiling of the square-shaped dog seat. The power cable marked with the number 14 is routed between panels 11 and 12, exiting through the hole in the rear panel (8). The cord has a power switch marked with the number 15 and ends with a plug marked with the number 16. Variation II of the industrial design is shown from four different perspectives described as Figure 3, Figure 4, Figure 5, Figure 6 and Figure 7, which is an example arrangement of the above-mentioned variation. Number 1 indicates the front panel of the stand in the shape of a rectangle, in which the entrance to the dog seat in the shape of a rectangle with rounded sides is placed. The entrance is marked with the number 2. The number 3 is the rectangular rear panel of the stand, which looks exactly like the front panel, but lacks the opening that is the entrance for the dog. The number 4 is the left side panel of the stand, where five openings for wine are located (marked with the number 5) and the second entrance to the dog seat, marked with the number 6. The dog therefore has two entrances/exits to choose from in the lower part of the stand, which are not separated from each other. It can move freely between them. The number 7 is the rectangular floor of the dog seat, and the number 8 is the ceiling of the dog seat, which is also rectangular. The number 9 is the rectangular right panel of the stand, which is the cover of the dog seat. The number 10 indicates the top of the stand, which can be used as an armrest or a top for a lamp, drinks, etc. The space between the ceiling of the dog seat (8) and the top (10)PL 20439 3 is divided by a perpendicularly mounted element marked with the number 11 in the shape of a rectangle. It divides the space above the seat into two parts. The part on the left side is used to store wine bottles and is accessible through the wine holes (5). The object is built of elements (panels) that are squares or rectangles arranged perpendicularly or parallel to each other. An important common feature for the varieties (and at the same time distinguishing them from patterns available on the market) is the division of the pattern into two zones.
