ABAZU R SZKLANY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 30 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest abazur szklany przeznaczony zwlaszcza jako oslona zródla swiatla w lampach wolnostojacych o charakterze dekoracyjnym. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, uformowaniu powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia abazur w widoku z boku tak, ze widoczny jest tez czesciowo od góry, fig.2 przedstawia abazur w widoku z boku usytuowany w lampie, fig.3 przedstawia odmiane kolorystyczna abazura w widoku jak abazur na fig.l, fig.4 przedstawia usytuowana w lampie odmiane kolorystyczna abazura ukazana na fig.3, natomiast fig.5 przedstawia trzecia odmiane kolorystyczna abazura w widoku jak abazur na fig. 1. Abazur szklany wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt czaszy w formie stozka scietego. Posrodku górnej, plaskiej czesci abazura znajduje sie otwór do jego mocowania w lampie. Powierzchnia boczna abazura jest to nieforemna powierzchnia stozka scietego o niesymetrycznym obrzezu z pojedynczymi dluzszymi naciekami. Zlozona jest ona z nieforemnych, stapiajacych sie pasków o zmiennej grubosci i o róznej kolorystyce ulozonych po tworzacych stozka.Abazur szklany wedlug wzoru zdobniczego zostal ukazany w trzech róznych odmianach kolorystycznych na fotografiach fig. 1, fig.3 i fig.5. Kazdy abazur cechuje sie oryginalnoscia i niepowtarzalnoscia z uwagi na formowanie reczne poprzedzajace stapianie szklanych pasków. Lampa z abazurem wedlug wzoru ma wybitne cechy zdobnicze tak, ze jej funkcja oswietleniowa jest drugoplanowa. Na pozostalych fotografiach fig.2 i fig.4 pokazano, jak prezentuje sie abazur umieszczony w lampie. PL PL PLGLASS LAMPSHADE The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since 30 January 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a glass lampshade intended primarily as a light source cover in free-standing decorative lamps. The essence of an ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface formation, and color. The decorative pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the lampshade from a side view, so that it is also partially visible from above; Fig. 2 shows the lampshade from a side view positioned in the lamp; Fig. 3 shows a color variation of the lampshade viewed like the lampshade in Fig. 1; Fig. 4 shows a color variation of the lampshade positioned in the lamp; and Fig. 5 shows a third color variation of the lampshade viewed like the lampshade in Fig. 1. According to the pattern, the glass lampshade has the shape of a truncated cone. In the center of the upper, flat part of the lampshade is a hole for mounting it in the lamp. The side surface of the lampshade is an irregular, truncated cone with an asymmetrical rim and single, longer infiltrations. It is composed of irregular, fused strips of varying thickness and color, arranged in a conical shape. The glass lampshade, following the decorative pattern, is shown in three different color variations in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 3, and Fig. 5. Each lampshade is original and unique due to the hand-forming process that precedes the fusing of the glass strips. The lamp with the lampshade following the pattern has outstanding decorative features, so its lighting function is secondary.
