ABAZU R SZKLANY Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 09.07.2001r Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest abazur szklany przeznaczony zwlaszcza jako oslona zródla swiatla w lampach wolnostojacych o charakterze dekoracyjnym. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, uformowaniu powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia abazur w widoku z boku usytuowany w lampie, fig.2 przedstawia abazur w widoku z przeciwleglej strony usytuowany w lampie, zas fig.3 ukazuje abazur (w powiekszeniu) w widoku z boku jak na fig.2 przy czym abazur ten usytuowany jest na innej lampie i widoczny jest tez czesciowo od góry. Abazur szklany wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt czaszy w formie stozka scietego. Posrodku górnej, plaskiej czesci abazura znajduje sie otwór do jego mocowania w lampie. Powierzchnia boczna abazura jest to nieforemna powierzchnia stozka scietego o niesymetrycznym obrzezu z pojedynczymi dluzszymi naciekami. Zlozona jest ona z nieforemnych, stapiajacych sie pasków o zmiennej gaibosci i o róznej kolorystyce ulozonych po tworzacych stozka. Na powierzchni bocznej abazur ma wytopione nieregularne otwory. Na zalaczonych fotografiachpoprzez te otwory widoczne sa fragmenty bialej, mlecznej zarówki lampy. Na fotografii fig. 3 widoczny jest waski mostek przegradzajacy otwór (czerwony pasek na tle prawej bialej plamy). Oryginalnosc kolorystycznego uksztaltowania abazura przedstawiono na zalaczonych fotografiach fig. 1 do fig.3. Abazur wedlug wzoru ma wybitne cechy zdobnicze tak, ze funkcja oswietleniowa lampy, na której jest zainstalowany, jest drugoplanowa. PL PL PLGLASS LAMP The design registration right is valid from July 9, 2001. The design is a glass lampshade, designed specifically to protect light sources in free-standing, decorative lamps. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface finish, and color. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the lampshade from a side view positioned within the lamp; Fig. 2 shows the lampshade from the opposite side positioned within the lamp; and Fig. 3 shows the lampshade (enlarged) from a side view as in Fig. 2, with the lampshade positioned on another lamp and partially visible from above. According to the design, the glass lampshade has the shape of a truncated cone. In the center of the upper, flat part of the lampshade is a hole for mounting it in the lamp. The side surface of the lampshade is an irregular, truncated cone with an asymmetrical rim and individual, longer insets. It is composed of irregular, fusing strips of varying thickness and color, arranged along the conical form. The side surface of the lampshade has irregularly molded holes. In the attached photographs, fragments of the lamp's milky white bulb are visible through these holes. In photograph Fig. 3, a narrow bridge is visible (a red stripe against the right white spot). The original color design of the lampshade is shown in the attached photographs Figs. 1 to 3. The lampshade, as designed, has prominent decorative features, so that the lighting function of the lamp on which it is installed is secondary. PL PL PL
