Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wysiegnik do mocowania tablic drogowych sluzacych do umieszczania na nich tresci informacyjnych i ostrzegawczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz w oryginalnym zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, które nadaja wysiegnikowi swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesienia cech estetycznych, przez co wysiegnik uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. Wysiegnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej i moze byc wykonany z dowolnego metalu lub stopu metalowego dostepnych barwach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wysiegnik w widoku ogólnym w ujeciu aksonometrycznym, fig. 2 przedstawia wysiegnik w widoku ogólnym w ujeciu aksonometrycznym w drugiej odmianie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Nowa postac wysiegnika, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze sklada sie z pionowego elementu tworzacego konstrukcje nosna w ksztalcie okraglej rury, do której z boku, w górnej jej czesci przytwierdzone jest poziomo boczne ramie w ksztalcie trójramiennej przestrzennej kratownicy. Trójramienna kratownica o przekroju trójkata zamocowana jest do rury pod katem zblizonym do prostego, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie wysiegnik sklada sie z pionowego elementu tworzacego konstrukcje nosna w ksztalcie okraglej rury, do której z boku, w górnej jej czesci przytwierdzone jest poziomo boczne ramie w ksztalcie czteroramiennej przestrzennej kratownicy. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape and original arrangement of the individual elements constituting the subject of the industrial design. These elements give the boom a unique character aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby giving the boom beneficial distinctive and functional characteristics. The boom, according to the industrial design, is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production and can be made of any metal or metal alloy in available colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a general axonometric view of the boom, and Fig. 2 shows a general axonometric view of the boom in the second variant. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The new form of the boom, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by a vertical element forming a supporting structure in the shape of a circular tube, to which a side arm in the shape of a three-arm spatial truss is horizontally attached at the side, in the upper part. The three-arm truss with a triangular cross-section is attached to the tube at an angle close to the right angle, as shown in the attached drawing in Fig. 1. In the second variant, the boom consists of a vertical element forming a supporting structure in the shape of a circular tube, to which a side arm in the shape of a four-arm spatial truss is horizontally attached at the side, in the upper part.
