Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szablon do ksztaltowania roslin ogrodowych zwlaszcza krzewów zimozielonych, szybko wzrastajacych, posiadajacych duza ilosc odgalezien z obfitym okry- ciem liscmi - bukszpan, cis, jalowiec, na które to rosliny w poczatkowej fazie wzrostu naklada sie sza- blon wedlug wzoru przemyslowego. Z uplywem czasu wnetrze szablonu wypelnia sie wzrastajaca roslina, a wychodzace poza powierzchnia szablonu koncówki galazek przycina sie i w ten sposób uzyskuje sie zielona bryle rosliny w ksztalcie odpowiadajacym ksztaltowi szablonu, który wczesniej umieszczono nad roslina. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której przedstawiono figure przestrzenna wykonana z siatki metalowej, stanowiaca uproszczony wizerunek sowy. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w liniach, konturach i ksztalcie, upodobniajacych figure przestrzenna do sowy. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, which depicts a three-dimensional figure made of metal mesh, representing a simplified image of an owl. An essential feature of an industrial design is its new and unique form, manifested in lines, contours, and shape, resembling a spatial figure to an owl.
