Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tyczka sadownicza. Znane sa tyczki sadownicze sluzace miedzy innymi do mocowania sadzonek oraz roslin, które wykonane sa z bambusa. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac tyczki sadowniczej wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego wyraza sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia tyczke sadownicza w widoku perspektywicznym przód - góra, a fig. 2 - tyczke w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Tyczke sadownicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi rulon, którego profil ma ksztalt elip- sowaty. Orchard poles made of bamboo, used for supporting seedlings and plants, are known. The new and unique form of the orchard pole according to the industrial design is expressed in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the orchard pole in a front-top perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the pole from above. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The orchard pole according to the industrial design is a roll with an elliptical profile.
