Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tyczka sadownicza. Znane sa tyczki sadownicze sluzace miedzy innymi do mocowania sadzonek oraz roslin, które wykonane sa z bambusa. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac tyczki sadowniczej wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego wyraza sie w jej ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na któ- rym fig. 1 przedstawia tyczke sadownicza w widoku perspektywicznym przód - góra, fig. 2 odmiane tyczki sadowniczej w widoku przód - góra, fig. 3 - tyczke z fig. 1 w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - tyczke z fig. 2 w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Tyczke sadownicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi rulon, którego konce sa zagiete jed- nakowo, równolegle do siebie, do wewnatrz tyczki.
