Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest chrupka kukurydziana, przeznaczona do spozycia. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac chrupki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy ksztaltu i konturów. Chrupka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego produkowana jest sa metoda ekstruzji z maki kukurydzianej lub grysu kukurydzianego w postaci paluszka splecionego spiralnie w osi z warkocza. Przy czym warkocz spleciony jest z dwóch nitek kukurydzianych o srednicy okolo 5 mm i nastepnie spleciony i jednoczesnie sprasowany maszynowo w ekstruderach w postaci paluszka, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. Chrupka produkowana jest w rozmiarach okolo 180 mm dlugosci i okolo 35 mm srednicy. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa ksztalt i kontury paluszka wynikajace z jego budowy opartej na splecieniu nitek kukurydzianych w warkocz, z którego nastepnie spleciony jest spiralnie w osi paluszek z regularnie widocznymi konturami nitek, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is the crisp's new and original form, given to it in particular by the characteristics of its shape and contours. According to the industrial design, the crisp is produced by extrusion from corn flour or corn grits in the form of a stick braided spirally around the z-axis of the braid. The braid is braided from two corn strands approximately 5 mm in diameter, then braided and simultaneously machine-pressed in extruders into a stick, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The crisp is produced in sizes approximately 180 mm long and approximately 35 mm in diameter. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape and contours of the stick resulting from its construction based on the braiding of corn threads into a braid, from which a stick is then braided spirally along its axis with regularly visible thread contours, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4.
