Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym ksztal- cie, nadajacym mu swoisty wyglad, oraz rozmieszczeniu elementów grzejnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: Fig. 1 przedstawia grzejnik Fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny grzejnika. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru sklada sie z dwóch pionowych kolektorów zasilajacych oraz umieszczo- nych poziomo elementów grzejnych o przekroju w ksztalcie trójkata zgrupowanych w segmenty o pa- rzystej lub nieparzystej liczbie elementów, a pomiedzy segmentami znajduja sie wolne przestrzenie o stalej szerokosci. Elementy grzejne polaczone sa z kolektorami od tylu. Grzejnik posiada elementy mocujace. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnej wielkosci i z dowolnego materialu, powierzchnia grzejnika pokrywana jest lakierami w dowolnych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik wedlug wzoru posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z dwóch pionowych kolekto- rów zasilajacych oraz umieszczonych poziomo elementów grzejnych o przekroju w ksztalcie trójkata zgru- powanych w segmenty o parzystej lub nieparzystej liczbie elementów, a pomiedzy segmentami znajduja sie wolne przestrzenie o stalej szerokosci. The essence of the design is the radiator's original form, manifested in its unique shape, giving it a distinctive appearance, and the arrangement of the heating elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the radiator; Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the radiator. According to the design, the radiator consists of two vertical supply collectors and horizontally arranged heating elements with a triangular cross-section, grouped into segments with an even or odd number of elements, with free spaces of constant width between the segments. The heating elements are connected to the collectors at the rear. The radiator has mounting elements. The radiator according to the design can be made in any size and from any material; the radiator surface is coated with varnish in any color.
