Description of the invention

The subject of the invention is a handle used in household vacuum cleaners for fixing and fixing the correct position of the dust bag in the dust chamber of the vacuum cleaner.

So far, the solutions for fixing the dust bag in the dust container have used fixed fasteners formed in the container, such as hooks and guides, as well as movable elements attached to the wall of the container and at the same time acting as a blockade against the closing of the dust bag cover. The vacuum cleaner also uses a solution with a removable bag holder in the form of an angular frame, the position of which in the tank is fixed by means of pins embedded in the guide rails made in the tank. The disadvantage of these solutions is the difficult installation of filters and the need to touch the dirty filter during its replacement.

The aim of the invention is to develop a handle that allows easy assembly of the bag in a vacuum cleaner, coaxiality of the inlet opening of the dust container cover with the inlet opening of the bag while maintaining the correct positioning of this bag in the dust container of the vacuum cleaner, and easy removal of the filled bag from the dust container and its contactless removal from the holder.

This aim was achieved by developing a bag holder intended for hanging and fixing its position in the dust container of a vacuum cleaner, equipped with a socket and a clamp for basing the bag plate, which is made in a form similar to an openwork container without a back wall, supported on skids. , the handle having a recess in the end wall extended into the top wall, and a plate-like support element being an extension of the end wall which has a pocket-like grip.

The dust bag holder is made in the form of an openwork container 1 with a dust bag 3 fixed in it with a plate 2 supported by skids 4 on the edges 5 of the walls 6 of the dust container 7 of the vacuum cleaner. The correct position of the openwork container 1 in the dust container 7 is determined by means of the support element 8 inserted into the guides 9 made in the front inner wall 10 of the dust container 7. The openwork container 1 is devoid of the rear wall 11, partially cut out side walls 12 and the top wall 13. The top wall 13 with an opening 14 remaining after the blanks constitutes a mounting seat for the plate 2 of the bag 3 provided with side edges 15 and front hooks 16. In the rear part of the openwork container 1 there is a resiliently mounted clamp 17 provided with rear hooks 18. The mandrel 8, made in the form of a rectangular plate, constitutes the lower extension of the front wall 19 of the openwork container 1, on which are also formed, a handle 20 made in the form of a pocket and a rectangular opening 21 extended to the upper wall 13, constituting a seat for the protrusion 22 of the plate 2 of the bag 3 on dust. The protrusion 22 of the plate 2 protruding from the removal 21 causes that the safety lever 24, pivotally mounted in the cover 23 of the dust container 7, while leaning against this projection 22, causes the closure of the cover 23 to be unlocked. that the securing lever 24 will not be lifted, thus preventing the closing of the cover 23 of the dust collector 7.
