【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、開閉される蓋体を備えた取出し口を有する郵便受け箱の容易な製作と該取出し口部分の容易な取替えを可能とした郵便受け箱の提供に関する。

【従来の技術】
受入室に投入された郵便物を取り出す取出し口にスライド蓋を設けた各種の郵便受け箱が支持台上に設置され、あるいは、ブロック塀などの各種の構造体に組付けられて用いられている。

かかるスライド蓋を備えた郵便受け箱は、ヒンジによって開閉される開閉扉と異なり郵便受け箱の設置周辺部に郵便物の取出し操作のための空間を比較的必要とすることがなく、また、この郵便物の取出し口における雨水などの侵入を防止した郵便受け箱を比較的容易に構成することができる。
かかるスライド蓋を備えた郵便受け箱は、典型的には、郵便物の投入口と該投入口から投入される郵便物を受け入れる受入室と該受入室内にある郵便物を取り出す取出し口を備えるように各構成部材を組付けて投入路部や受け箱部を構成し、この受け箱部の一部に構成した開口部分に互いに溝面を向き合わせて一対の溝材を組付けると共に、この開口部に組付けられた溝材間に裏板などを張り込み状態に組付けてスライド蓋の受け入れ隙間などを構成し、この各溝材間に板状の蓋材を移動可能に嵌め入れると共に、この各溝材の夫々の側端に板材などを組付けて該溝材に嵌め入れられた前記スライド蓋が該溝材の案内溝から抜け出さないように構成していた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、郵便受け箱の構成において、開口部縁に沿って互いに溝面を向き合わせるように溝材などを組付けてスライド蓋の案内手段を構成し、この開口部縁に備えられた各溝材間にスライド蓋を移動可能に嵌め入れると共に当該取出し口を構成する他の各部材を組付けることによって郵便物の取出し口を構成するようにした従来の郵便受け箱にあっては、このスライド蓋の備えられる取出し口の構成に多くの作業手間を要するにも拘わらず、雨水の侵入を効果的に防止し、しかも、円滑にスライド蓋が摺動され得るように、前記溝材を前記開口部縁に所定の間隔で、しかも、平行に備えることに難があった。

また、かかる従来の郵便受け箱では、この郵便受け箱の内部が破損した場合や内部に汚れを生じた場合に、この郵便受け箱における郵便物の取出し口から該取出し口のスライド蓋を開くようにして手を差入れて当該破損部分を修復し、あるいは汚れを取り除くように処理する必要があった。

また、この郵便物の取出し口に備えられるスライド蓋や、このスライド蓋の摺動案内手段としての溝材などが破損して取出し口の円滑な開閉に支障をきたし、あるいは、取出し口を効果的に閉じ込むことができなくなった場合などの修復に難があり、この種の障害の発生に際して郵便受け箱自体を取り替えることが必要とされた。

また、かかる郵便受け箱がブロック塀や、玄関口の壁などに組付けられている状態で、前記のように郵便物の取出し口部分に不具合を生じた場合、その修復が特に難しく、修復のために多くの作業手間を要するなどの難があった。

この発明は、かかる従来の郵便受け箱における不具合を解消し、均一な品質を備えると共に、備えつけた状態で容易にメンテナンスができ、しかも、取出し口の破損などに際して該取出し口を構成する取出し口構成体を容易に取り替え得るようにした郵便受け箱の容易な製作、提供を目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1に記載の発明では、前記目的を達成するために、郵便物の投入口と該投入口から投入される郵便物を受入れる郵便物の受入室と該受入室に備えられる開口部とを備えた郵便受け箱本体と、この郵便受け箱本体における前記開口部に備えられる取出し口構成体とを有し、
この取出し口構成体が一対の案内枠材と、互いに向き合って備えられた該案内枠材間に亙って備えられた一対の連結枠材とを有する枠状体と、この枠状体に備えられる塞ぎ板によって該枠状体内に構成される取出し口を開閉するように前記案内枠材のガイド部に両側縁部を案内されて該枠状体内に移動可能に備えられる蓋体とを備えており、
この取出し口構成体が前記郵便受け箱本体に取り外し可能に組み付けられて前記取出し口を前記蓋体で塞いだ状態で前記開口部を塞ぐようにしてあると共に、
前記取出し口構成体を前記郵便受け箱本体に止め付ける止め付け手段の少なくとも一部が、前記受入室の側から該取出し口構成体を該郵便受け箱本体に止め付ける止め付け手段としてあり、
しかも、前記取出し口を開閉する前記蓋体を、当該取出し口を閉じ込み状態に維持するように施錠可能としてあることを特徴とする郵便受け箱としてある。

このように構成される郵便受け箱にあっては、この郵便受け箱における郵便物の取出し口を郵便受け箱本体に該郵便受け箱本体と別段に構成される取出し口構成体の組付けによって構成してあり、規格化されて円滑に摺動される蓋体を備えた郵便受け箱を容易に製作することができる。

また、備えつけ用いられている郵便受け箱から前記取出し口構成体を取り外して、この郵便受け箱の内部の補修、清掃を容易に、且つ確実になすことができる。

また、備えつけ用いられている郵便受け箱における取出し口部が破損あるいは汚れた際に、この郵便受け箱を備えつけたままの状態で前記取出し口構成体を新規の取出し口構成体に取り替えて該郵便受け箱の補修をなすことができる。

また、このように構成される郵便受け箱にあってはこの郵便受け箱本体に組付けられる取出し口構成体の取り外しが、受入室側からの止め付け手段による止め付けの解除を要し、前記取出し口を閉じた状態に前記蓋体を施錠状態とすることによって、前記郵便受け箱本体に備えられる前記取出し口構成体の取り外しを防止することができる。

また、請求項に記載の発明では、前記の目的を達成するために、前記請求項1に記載の発明において、前記取出し口構成体が、前記枠状体における一方の連結枠材の側に前記取出し口を構成するように前記案内枠材間に亙って塞ぎ板を備えていると共に、この取出し口を開閉する前記蓋体を該塞ぎ板の背面側に前記夫々の案内枠材のガイド部に両側縁部を案内させて送り込み移動可能に備えていることを特徴とする郵便受け箱としてある。

また、請求項に記載の発明では、前記の目的を達成するために、前記請求項1又は請求項2に記載の発明において、前記郵便受け箱本体における開口部が、該開口部における互いに向き合った一対の開口部縁に沿った向きに互いに向き合うようにガイドレールを備えていると共に、前記取出し口構成体の前記枠状体の外側に該ガイドレールに案内されて該開口部に該取出し口構成体を組付ける案内手段が備えられていることを特徴とする郵便受け箱としてある。

このように構成される郵便受け箱にあっては、前記特長に併せて、ブロック塀や玄関口の壁などの取り付け対象構造体に前記郵便受け箱本体を備えつけたままの状態で、この郵便受け箱本体から取出し口構成体を取り外して、該郵便受け箱本体の内部を補修、清掃することができ、また、破損あるいは汚損された取出し口構成体を取り替えることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明にかかる典型的な実施の形態にかかる郵便受け箱Aについて詳細に説明する。

図1〜図24は、この典型的な実施の形態に係る郵便受け箱Aを示すものであって、図1は、この郵便受け箱Aを取付け対象構造体Bに備え付けた状態を断面の状態で示しており、図2は、この郵便受け箱Aの要部の縦方向の断面を一部を省略して、図3は、蓋体45を閉じた状態とした当該郵便受け箱Aの要部の縦方向の断面を、図4は同様に蓋体45を開いた状態とした当該郵便受け箱Aの要部の縦方向の断面を、図5は、この蓋体45を上方に引き上げた状態における当該郵便受け箱Aの要部の平断面を示している。

この実施の形態に係る郵便受け箱Aは、郵便物の投入口Vと該投入口Vから投入される郵便物を受入れる郵便物の受入室Wと該受入室Wに備えられる開口部Yとを備えた郵便受け箱本体A’と、この郵便受け箱本体A’における前記開口部Yに備えられる取出し口構成体A”とを有し、この取出し口構成体A”が一対の案内枠材41、41と、互いに向き合って備えられた該案内枠材41、41間に亙って備えられた一対の連結枠材42、42とを有する枠状体40と、この枠状体40に備えられる塞ぎ板43によって該枠状体40内に構成される取出し口Xを開閉するように前記案内枠材41のガイド部44に両側縁部45aを案内されて該枠状体40内に移動可能に備えられる蓋体45とを備えており、この取出し口構成体A”が前記郵便受け箱本体A’に取り外し可能に組み付けられて前記取出し口Xを前記蓋体45で塞いだ状態で前記開口部Yを塞ぐように構成してある。

かかる典型的な実施の形態にかかる郵便受け箱Aを構成する郵便受け箱本体A’は、郵便物の投入口Vと該投入口Vから投入される郵便物を受入れる郵便物の受入室Wと該受入室Wに備えられる開口部Yとを備えた構成としてある。
また、更に、他の典型的な実施の形態にかかる郵便受け箱本体A’は、郵便物の受入室Wを有する受け箱部10と、先端側に投入口Vを有すると共に該受入室Wに連通する投入路Zを備えるように該受け箱部10の上部側から前方に向けて一体に突設された投入路部11とを備えた構成としてあり、取付け対象構造体Bの一方の面Ba側に前記投入路部11の下方にある前記受け箱部10の面を向き合わせた状態で、前記投入路部11を該投入路部11の先端側を該取付け対象構造体Bの他方の面Bb側に露出するように該取付け対象構造体Bに組付け用いるように構成してある。

かかる図示例の郵便受け箱本体A’は、一連に連続するように備えられている前記受け箱部10と投入路部11の側面を構成する一連に連続した一対の側板12、12と、この向き合って備えられている一対の側板12、12の上端縁間を塞ぐ上面板13と、前記投入路部11を構成する側板12の各下端縁間を塞ぐ投入路下面板14と、この投入路下面板14に連続して前記受け箱部10を構成する前記側板12における前端縁間を塞ぐ前板15と、この前板15に連続して前記受け箱部10を構成する前記側板12の各下端縁間を塞ぐように備えられている底板16とを備えて前記受け箱部10と投入路部11とを構成してあると共に、前記前板15の反対側にある前記側板12端縁から互いに近付く向きに屈曲されて該受け箱部10の後面を構成する屈曲部17と前記底板16における前板15の反対側にある端部と前記上面板13における前記投入口Vの反対側にある垂設部18との間に前記開口部Yを構成するようにしてある。
