Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólmaska filtrujaca do ochrony dróg oddechowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pólmaski filtrujacej przejawiajaca sie w odmiennym uksztaltowaniu konturów czaszy pólmaski filtrujacej. Najczesciej tego typu pólmaske filtrujaca stanowi czasza uformowana z plaskich materialów filtracyjnych, wyposazona w zawór wydechowy, zacisk nosowy oraz tasmy naglowia. Najbardziej rozpowszechniony ksztalt czaszy pólmaski filtrujacej przedstawiony w plaskim zlozeniu ma postac trapezu lub lódki. Rozmieszczenie zgrzeiny czy zgrzein zamykajacych czasze pólmaski uzaleznione jest od jej uformowania. Pólmaska filtrujaca wedlug wzoru wystepuje w dwóch odmianach: 1 - bez zaworu wydechowego, 2 - z zaworem wydechowym. Pólmaska filtrujaca bez zaworu wydechowego, która uwidacznia Fig. 1, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czasza jej uformowana jest z jednego plata kompozytowego materialu filtracyjnego. W plaskim zlozeniu czasza ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt helmu przedstawionego w rzucie bocznym, przy czym linie rzutu bocznego odpowiadajace przodowi i tylowi helmu odzwierciedlaja umiejscowienie zgrzein formujacych czasze pólmaski. Czesc nanosowa czaszy pólmaski odpowiada przodowi helmu, zas czesc podbródkowa - tylowi. W plaskim zlozeniu obrzeze czesci nanosowej czaszy pólmaski jest wklesle, zas czesci podbródkowej wypukle. Na obrzezu czesci nanosowej czaszy pólmaski usytuowany jest centralnie zacisk nosowy w postaci elastycznego paska umiejscowionego na zewnetrznej powierzchni czaszy oraz paska pianki poliuretanowej umiejscowionego na jej wewnetrznej powierzchni pod elastycznym paskiem. Ponadto pomiedzy czescia nanosowa a podbródkowa, na obrzezu czaszy po obu jej stronach, uformowane jest uszko przeznaczone dla tasmy naglowia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of filtering half-mask, manifested by a different shape of the filtering half-mask's bowl contours. This type of filtering half-mask is most often formed from flat filtering materials, equipped with an exhalation valve, a nose clip, and head harness straps. The most common shape of a filtering half-mask bowl, presented in a flat fold, is a trapezoid or a boat. The arrangement of the weld(s) closing the half-mask bowl depends on its shape. The filtering half-mask, as shown in the design, comes in two varieties: 1 – without an exhalation valve, 2 – with an exhalation valve. The filtering half mask without an exhalation valve, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized by its bowl formed from a single sheet of composite filter material. When flat-folded, the bowl has the approximate shape of a helmet shown in side view, with the side-view lines corresponding to the front and rear of the helmet reflecting the locations of the welds forming the half mask bowl. The nose portion of the half mask bowl corresponds to the front of the helmet, while the chin portion corresponds to the rear. In the flat-folded state, the rim of the nose portion of the half mask bowl is concave, while the chin portion is convex. A centrally located nose clip is located on the rim of the nose portion of the half mask bowl, in the form of an elastic strap located on the outer surface of the bowl, and a strip of polyurethane foam located on the inner surface of the bowl beneath the elastic strap. In addition, between the nose and chin sections, on both sides of the rim of the cup, there is an eyelet for the head strap. The essential features of the filtering half mask with and without an exhalation valve are the shape of its cup, which, when flat, approximates the shape of a helmet shown in a side view. The side view lines corresponding to the front and rear of the helmet reflect the location of the welds forming the half mask cup. The rim of the nose section of the half mask cup is concave, and the rim of the chin section is convex.
