Nowy i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w stylizowanym ksztalcie klosza lampy i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia powierzchnie czolowa klosza lampy oswietleniowej w widoku ukosnym z boku, fig. 2 - powierzchnie tylna klosza lampy oswietleniowej w widoku ukosnym z boku, fig. 3 - powierzchnie klosza lampy oswietleniowej w widoku od tylu, a fig. 4 - powierzchnie klosza lampy oswietleniowej w widoku czolowym. Klosz lampy oswietleniowej, którego istotne cechy sa przedstawione ponizej w opisie oraz na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4, ma przestrzennie ksztalt zblizony do kulistej czaszy, która jest wykonana z materialu przepuszczajacego swiatlo, a jego powierzchnia jest zmatowiona. Jak widac na fig. 2 i fig. 3, powierzchnia klosza lampy od tylu posiada na powierzchni wzory w postaci zgrubien tworzacych zarysy figur zblizonych ksztaltem do wydluzonych liter „S". Wewnetrzny wzór jest najdluzszy, a jego ostre konce niemal dotykaja obrzeza czaszy klosza lampy. Po bokach najdluzszego wzoru sa dwa mniejsze wzory, majace takze postac zgrubien tworzacych zarysy figur zblizonych ksztaltem do wydluzonych liter „S". Dlugosc tych mniejszych wzorów jest zblizona do polowy najdluzszego wzoru wewnetrznego. The new and individual character of the industrial design is manifested in the stylized shape of the lampshade and the arrangement of lines. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the front surface of the lampshade in an oblique side view, Fig. 2 shows the rear surface of the lampshade in an oblique side view, Fig. 3 shows the surfaces of the lampshade in a back view, and Fig. 4 shows the surfaces of the lampshade in a front view. The lampshade, the essential features of which are presented in the description below and in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, has a spatial shape similar to a spherical bowl made of a light-permeable material, and its surface is matted. As can be seen in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the back surface of the lampshade has patterns in the form of bulges forming the outlines of figures similar in shape to elongated letters "S". The inner pattern is the longest, and its sharp ends almost touch the rim of the lampshade bowl. On the sides of the longest pattern are two smaller patterns, also in the form of bulges forming the outlines of figures similar in shape to elongated letters "S". The length of these smaller patterns is approximately half of the longest inner pattern. The thickness of the lamp shade is increased along the bulges, and in these places, light rays from outside the lamp shade create shadows, which creates an identical, but mirror-reflective, pattern visible on the front surface of the lamp shade, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 4. The matt surface of the lamp shade causes the outlines of the patterns in the form of elongated "S" letters to be faintly visible from the outside of the lamp shade, as if highlighted, which gives the lamp shade a stylized and atmospheric appearance. The surface of the lamp shade from the back has patterns in the form of bulges creating outlines of figures similar in shape to elongated "S" letters.
