Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tafla szklana prostoliniowo karbowana znajdujaca zastosowanie, zwlaszcza w obiektach szklarniowych oraz w kolektorach slonecznych i ogniwach fotowoltaicznych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w jego oryginalnych powierzchniach posiadajacych wytrawiona obustronnie teksture faliscie karbowana. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia tafle szklana obustronnie prostoliniowo karbowana, w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama tafle szklana w przekroju poprzecznym wzdluz linii A - A na powiekszonym szczególe „S", a fig. 3 - fragment uproszczonego obiektu szklarni z umieszczonymi na nim taflami szklanymi posiadajacymi teksture karbowana obustronna pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 i 2. Tafla szklana prostoliniowo karbowana pokazana na rysunku fig. 1 i 2 na obu swych przeciwleglych prostokatnych powierzchniach posiada wykonane karby o profilu zblizonym do sinusoidalnego równolegle usytuowane wzgledem siebie i naprzeciw siebie. Szerokosc „a" kazdego elementu wypuklego tego profilu jest zblizona do szerokosci jego wkleslosci „b" pomiedzy nimi, natomiast co piecdziesiat tych falistych karbów w odleglosciach L tafla ta posiada cztery kolejne karby o szerokosci „c" identycznej jak ich wkleslosci „b", po czym szerokosc tych karbów i ich odstepy pomiedzy nimi powtarzaja sie na dalszej dlugosci tej tafli. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Tafla szklana prostoliniowo karbowana pokazana na rysunkach fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - na obu jej przeciwleglych powierzchniach posiada wykonane karby o profilu zblizonym do sinusoidalnego równolegle usytuowane wzgledem siebie i naprzeciw siebie. The new and original nature of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly its unique surfaces, which feature a wavy, corrugated texture etched on both sides. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a glass pane with straight-line corrugation on both sides, in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same glass pane in a cross-section along the line A - A on an enlarged detail "S", and Fig. 3 - a fragment of a simplified greenhouse object with glass panes placed on it having a double-sided corrugation texture shown in Figs. 1 and 2. The straight-line corrugation glass pane shown in Figs. 1 and 2 has on both of its opposite rectangular surfaces corrugations with a profile close to sinusoidal, situated parallel to each other and opposite each other.
