Istota wynalazku polega na tym, że osłona na zawór ma postać kapturka połączonego z elastyczną płaską częścią wyposażoną w długie wąskie wypusty zaopatrzone w występy. Kapturek ma wycięcie w ścianie bocznej. Po obu stronach wycięcia w narożach na ścianie bocznej kapturka znajdują się otwory. Wypusty mają postać dwóch pasków usytuowanych równolegle do osi i symetrycznie po obu jej stronach i stanowią z otworami na kapturku jednokierunkowe zamknięcia zaciskowe.
