Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest ruchomy alfabet, znajdujacy zastosowanie jako pomoc w nauczaniu poczatkowym liter, cyfr oraz zasad prostej pisowni i zasad arytmetyki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i zdobieniu powierzchni, nadajacych alfabetowi nowy, oryginalny wyglad, zmierzajacy do celów estetycznych.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig.l, przedstawia alfabet w stanie zlozonym, natomiast fig.2 - ilustruje alfabet rozlozony. Ruchomy alfabet, zgodnie ze wzorem zdobniczym jest uksztaltowany w formie skladanej okladki, pokrytej z wierzchu okladzina wykonana z kolorowego papieru. Wierzchnia powierzchnia alfabetu ma zdobienia w formie róznorodnych motywów graficznych, takich jak: klown grajacy na trabce, rozrzucone niedbale banki mydlane a posrodku, u góry przedniej czesci jest rozmieszczony prostokat. W prostokacie znajduja sie motywy slowno-graficzne i rysunek usmiechnietego zajaczka. Na obrzezach okladki sa rozmieszczone, przylegajace do siebie, róznokolorowe prostokaty. W tych prostokatach znajduja sie rysunki róznych przedmiotów, z którymi styka sie dziecko w zyciu codziennym a ich pisownia jest dosc prosta. Nazywanie a nastepnie zapisywanie nazw tych przedmiotów umozliwia nauke czytania i pisania na etapie poczatkowym. Wewnetrzna czesc ruchomego alfabetu jest zaopatrzona w jednokolorowa wyklejke z nacieciami, tworzacymi kieszenie. U góry naciecia sa wezsze, zas u dolu szersze. Wezsze naciecia tworza kieszenie przeznaczone do umieszczania kartoników z naniesionymi literami alfabetu, cyframi lub rysunkami pojedynczych przedmiotów. Na jednym kartoniku znajduje sie tylko jedna litera, cyfra lub przedmiot. Plansze z literami, cyframi i rysunkami stanowia integralna czesc alfabetu. Przed rozpoczeciem uzytkowania plansze sa ciete na poszczególne kartoniki, umieszczane nastepnie w kieszeniach. Naciecia znajdujace sie u dolu wewnetrznej czesci alfabetu i rozciagajace sie na cala szerokosc jednej czesci okladki tworza kieszenie, w których umieszcza sie kartoniki z rysunkami. Obokbuduje sie wyrazy z liter usytuowanych na kartonikach, umieszczonych w kieszeniach powyzej. PL PL PLThe Movable Alphabet (Movable Alphabet) registration right has been in effect since September 4, 2000. The design is a movable alphabet, used as an aid in teaching letters, numbers, and the rules of simple spelling and arithmetic to children. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and surface decoration, giving the alphabet a new, original appearance, aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is illustrated in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the alphabet folded, while Fig. 2 illustrates the alphabet unfolded. The movable alphabet, in accordance with the design, is shaped as a folded cover, covered with a colored paper covering. The alphabet's outer surface is decorated with various graphic motifs, such as a clown playing a trumpet, scattered soap bubbles, and a rectangle at the top center of the front. Within this rectangle are word and graphic motifs and a drawing of a smiling bunny. Adjacent, multicolored rectangles are arranged on the edges of the cover. These rectangles contain drawings of various objects encountered by children in everyday life, and their spelling is quite simple. Naming and then writing the names of these objects facilitates learning to read and write at the early stages. The inner part of the movable alphabet features a single-color endpaper with cutouts that create pockets. The cutouts are narrower at the top and wider at the bottom. Narrower cuts create pockets for inserting cards with letters of the alphabet, numbers, or drawings of individual objects. Each card contains only one letter, number, or object. The boards with letters, numbers, and drawings are an integral part of the alphabet. Before use, the boards are cut into individual cards, which are then placed in the pockets. The cuts at the bottom of the inner part of the alphabet, extending the entire width of one part of the cover, create pockets in which the cards with drawings are placed.
