Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach na których fig. 1 przedstawia strój balowy zlozony i uwidoczniony na dekoracyjnej wywieszce a fig. 2 przedstawia strój balowy w pozycji rozlozonej. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest strój balowo-karnawalowy stanowiacy spódnice skla- dajaca sie z dwóch warstw z których warstwa wierzchnia wykonana jest z muslinu. Dolna krawedz spódnicy obszyta jest puszkiem, podobnie jak opaska na glowe. Integralnym elementem stroju balo- wo-karnawalowego sa skrzydla wykonane równiez z muslinu, imitujace skrzydla aniola, na powierzch- ni których wykonane sa fantazyjne wzory. Cecha istotna stroju balowego jest to, ze stanowi go spódnica skladajaca sie z dwóch warstw z których warstwa wierzchnia wykonana jest z muslinu, przy czym dolna krawedz spódnicy obszyta jest puszkiem, podobnie jak opaska na glowe, natomiast integralnym elementem stroju balowo- karnawalowego sa skrzydla wykonane równiez z muslinu, imitujace skrzydla aniola, na powierzchni których wykonane sa fantazyjne wzory. The design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the ballroom costume folded and displayed on a decorative label, and Fig. 2 shows the ballroom costume unfolded.
