Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac spodu obuwia, zwlaszcza damskiego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunku oraz wlasciwosciach estetycznych powierzchni, nadajaca wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad.Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 stanowi jego widok z boku, fig. 2 a jest jego widokiem z dolu. W widoku z dolu powierzchnia spodu obuwia wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma obrys stopy ludzkiej. Wzdluz krawedzi powierzchni dolnej spodu biegnie obwódka. Fragment powierzchni, lezacy w obwódce, jest podzielony lukami na trzy czesci—Czesci powierzchni dolnej, lezace na koncach spodu, sa podzielone przestrzenna siatka skladajaca sie z ramek o strukturze wezy pszczelej, przy czym w kazdej z ramek znajduje wystep stanowiacy fragment kuli. Czesc srodkowa powierzchni dolnej spodu jest podzielona szeregiem równoleglych rowków. W widoku z boku spód ma wydzielone pólkolistym wglebieniem czesci obcasa oraz sródstopia. Powierzchnia boczna spodu jest przedzielona falista bruzda. Na koncach spód obuwia ma sciecia, które poczawszy od linii falistej bruzdy rozchodza sie w góre. PL PL PLThe right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 31, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is the sole of a shoe. The essence of the design is a new form of the sole of a shoe, particularly a women's shoe, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, design, and aesthetic surface properties, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 is a side view, Fig. 2a is a bottom view. In the bottom view, the surface of the sole of the shoe, as shown in the ornamental design, has the outline of a human foot. A border runs along the edge of the bottom surface of the sole. The surface fragment, lying within the rim, is divided into three parts by arcs—the lower surface portions, lying at the ends of the sole, are divided by a spatial grid composed of frames with a beeswax structure, each frame containing a protrusion representing a fragment of a sphere. The central part of the lower surface of the sole is divided by a series of parallel grooves. In a side view, the sole has a semicircular recess between the heel and metatarsal sections. The lateral surface of the sole is divided by a wavy groove. At the ends, the sole of the footwear has chamfers that extend upward from the wavy groove line. PL PL PL
