Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac spodu obuwia, zwlaszcza damskiego, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, rysunku oraz wlasciwosciach estetycznych powierzchni, nadajaca wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad.Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 stanowi jego widok z boku, fig. 2 a jest jego widokiem z dolu. W widoku z dolu powierzchnia spodu obuwia wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma obrys stopy ludzkiej. Czesci powierzchni dolnej, lezace na koncach spodu, sa podzielone szeregiem równoleglych rowków, o zarysach zblizonych do pobocznie walców. Calosc powierzchni dolnej spodu ma przestrzenna siatke skladajaca sie z ramek o obrysach równych prostokatów W widoku z boku spód ma wydzielone pólkolistym wglebieniem czesci obcasa oraz sródstopia. Powierzchnia boczna spodu jest przedzielona falista bruzda. Na koncach spód obuwia ma sciecia, które poczawszy od lii falistej bruzdy rozchodza sie w góre. The essence of the design is a new form of the sole of a shoe, particularly a women's shoe, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, design, and aesthetic surface properties, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 is a side view, Fig. 2 is a bottom view. In the bottom view, the surface of the sole of the shoe, according to the ornamental design, has the outline of a human foot. The parts of the bottom surface, lying at the ends of the sole, are divided by a series of parallel grooves, with outlines similar to those of cylinders. The entire bottom surface of the sole has a three-dimensional grid composed of frames with the outlines of equal rectangles. In a side view, the sole is separated by a semicircular recess into the heel and metatarsal sections. The lateral surface of the sole is divided by a wavy groove.
