Opis wzoru przemyslowego Punkt 1. Przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest wyglad graficzny strony tytulowej regulaminu. Wzór przemyslowy bedzie wykorzystany jako pierwsza strona dokumentu REGULAMIN SWIADCZENIA USLUG INFORMATYCZNYCH DATA CENTER. Punkt 2. Wzór przemyslowy okreslaja figury ilustracji nr 1, 2, 3 i 4. Punkt 3. Opis ilustracji wzoru przemyslowego. 1. Na Fig. 1 pokazano przedmiot zgloszenia - strone tytulowa regulaminu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to umieszczone na bialym tle ilustracji elementy graficzne w postaci: a. ciemno niebieski prostokat, przedzielony biala linia w stosunku 1/3, umieszczony w lewym górnym rogu ilustracji; b. element graficzny w postaci tabeli, skladajacy sie z trzech kolumn oraz belki tytulowej, umieszczony w dolnej czesci ilustracji; c. element graficzny w postaci prostokata w kolorze ciemny niebieski umieszczony w dolnej czesci ilustracji, z jej prawej strony. 2. Na Fig. 2 pokazano w powiekszeniu fragment strony tytulowej regulaminu obejmujacy element graficzny w postaci ciemno niebieskiego prostokata. Cecha istotna elementu jest biala pionowa linia dzielaca prostokat na dwie czesci w proporcji 1/3 oraz przedluzenie tej linii poza prostokatem jako linii w kolorze czarnym. 3. Na Fig. 3 pokazano w powiekszeniu fragment strony tytulowej regulaminu, obejmujacy element graficzny w postaci tabeli, skladajacy sie z kolumny pierwszej (lewa) w kolorze ciemno niebieskiej, dwóch kolejnych kolumn w kolorze ciemno szarym, na górze belki tytulowej w kolorze jasny niebieski. Cecha istotna elementu graficznego sa biale linie oddzielajace poszczególne kolumny, wiersze i belke tytulowa tabeli od siebie. 4. Na Fig. 4 pokazano w powiekszeniu fragment strony tytulowej regulaminu obejmujacy element graficzny w postaci prostokata w kolorze ciemny niebieski. The industrial design will be used as the first page of the document REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF DATA CENTER IT SERVICES. Point 2. The industrial design is defined by figures No. 1, 2, 3 and 4. Point 3. Description of the industrial design illustration. 1. Fig. 1 shows the subject of the application – the title page of the regulations. The essential features of the industrial design are graphic elements placed on a white background in the form of: a. a dark blue rectangle, divided by a white line in a 1/3 ratio, placed in the upper left corner of the illustration; b. a graphic element in the form of a table, consisting of three columns and a title bar, placed in the lower part of the illustration; c. a graphic element in the form of a dark blue rectangle placed in the lower part of the illustration, on the right. 2. Fig. 2 shows a magnified fragment of the regulations' title page, which includes a graphic element in the form of a dark blue rectangle. A significant feature of this element is a white vertical line dividing the rectangle into two parts in a 1/3 proportion and the extension of this line outside the rectangle as a black line. 3. Fig. 3 shows a magnified fragment of the regulations' title page, which includes a graphic element in the form of a table, consisting of the first (left) column in dark blue, the next two columns in dark gray, and a light blue title bar at the top. A significant feature of this graphic element is the white lines separating the individual columns, rows, and the table title bar. 4. Fig. 4 shows a magnified fragment of the regulations' title page, which includes a graphic element in the form of a dark blue rectangle.
