The hanger with a base is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows the hanger with a base in a side view, and fig. 2 shows the hanger with a base in a top view. The essential feature of the hanger with a base according to the industrial design is that its upper part (1) has the shape of a partial ellipse, the remaining edge of which (2) has the outline of an edge that is bent inwards several times, and on the surface of the upper part (1) there are perpendicularly arranged protrusions (3) ending in the form of a plate (4), and the upper part (1) is permanently connected by a connector (5) with radially concave edges (6) to an elliptical base (7), as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
