Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw dwóch zlaczek hydraulicznych sluzacych do laczenia rur i ksztaltek wodociagowych i kanalizacyjnych stosowanych w budownictwie. Znane sa zlaczki hydrauliczne posiadajace kolowe otwory do umieszczania rur i ksztaltek hydraulicznych utworzone przez otwarte walce kolowe zagiete w polowie swojej dlugosci pod katami prostymi, polaczone w miejscach zagiecia polaczone z drugimi walcami. Istota zlaczki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowym ksztalcie zlacza a w szcze- gólnosci w uksztaltowaniu na zewnetrznych powierzchniach walców kolowych pierscieni i stozkowego poszerzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na rysunkach przedstawiajacym na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 - widoki poszczególnych odmian zlaczek. Zlaczka hydrauliczna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada trzy kolowe otwory do umieszczenia rur i ksztaltek hydraulicznych i utworzona jest przez otwarty walec kolowy zagiety w polowie swojej dlugosci pod katem prostym, polaczony w miejscu zagiecia z drugim prostym walcem przy czym srednica zagietego walca jest znacznie wieksza, od srednicy drugiego walca. Swobodna koncówka prostego walca oraz jedna z koncówek zagietego walca maja srednice nieznacznie mniejsza od srednicy pozostalych czesci walców. Na powierzchni drugiej czesci zagietego walca, powyzej miejsca zagiecia wykonane jest stozkowe poszerzenie, nieznacznie powiekszajace srednice walca oraz wykonany jest kolowy pierscien, zas w poblizu jej swobodnego konca wykonany jest drugi kolowy pierscien. Wzór w odmianie pierwszej tworzy zlaczka pokazana na fot. 1 i fot. 2 w której prosty walec sytuowany jest po lewej stronie zagietego walca. Zlaczka w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa KOLANO KL DN 50/32/90°/90° lewe. Wzór w odmianie drugiej tworzy zlaczka pokazana na fot. 3 i fot. 4 w której prosty walec sytuowany jest po prawej stronie zagietego walca. Zlaczka w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa KOLANO KL DN 50/32/90°/90° prawe. Hydraulic couplings are known as having circular openings for accommodating hydraulic pipes and fittings, formed by open circular cylinders bent at right angles halfway along their length, connected at the bends to other cylinders. The essence of the coupling according to the industrial design is manifested in the new shape of the coupling, particularly in the formation of rings and a conical expansion on the outer surfaces of the circular cylinders. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings showing Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 – views of individual coupling variants. The industrial-style hydraulic coupling has three circular openings for accommodating hydraulic pipes and fittings. It is formed by an open circular cylinder bent at a right angle in the middle of its length. It is connected at the bend to a second straight cylinder, with the diameter of the bent cylinder being significantly larger than the diameter of the second cylinder. The free end of the straight cylinder and one of the ends of the bent cylinder have diameters slightly smaller than the diameters of the other cylinders. On the surface of the second part of the bent cylinder, above the bend, a conical expansion is made, slightly increasing the cylinder's diameter, and a circular ring is formed. A second circular ring is formed near the free end. The first design is created by the fitting shown in photos 1 and 2, in which the straight cylinder is placed on the left side of the bent cylinder. The fitting is commercially available under the name KNOB KL DN 50/32/90°/90° left. The second design is created by the fitting shown in photos 3 and 4, in which the straight cylinder is placed on the right side of the bent cylinder. The fitting is commercially available under the name KNOB KL DN 50/32/90°/90° right. The essential features of the industrial design are the shape of the fittings, which are manifested in the formation of rings and a conical expansion on the outer surfaces of the circular cylinders.
