Zlaczka hydrauliczna Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zlaczka hydrauliczna sluzaca do laczenia rur i ksztaltek wodociagowych i kanalizacyjnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie zlaczki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na fig. 1 . Zlaczka hydrauliczna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada trzy kolowe otwory do umieszczania rur i ksztaltek hydraulicznych i utworzona jest przez otwarty walec kolowy, zagiety w polowie swojej dlugosci pod katem prostym, polaczonym w miejscu zagiecia z drugim walcem, przy czym srednica zagietego walca jest znacznie wieksza od srednicy drugiego walca. Ponadto srednica zagietego walca w poblizu jednego z jego konców jest nieznacznie powiekszona oraz wykonany jest na powierzchni walca kolowy pierscien. Srednica drugiego walca jest nieznacznie pomniejszona w miejscu styku obydwu walców , a w poblizu swobodnego konca tego walca na jego powierzchni wykonany jest kolowy pierscien. Istota zlaczki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w nowym ksztalcie zlacza a w szczególnosci w uksztaltowaniu zewnetrznego mniejszego walca umieszczonego pod katem 180° do konca wiekszego walca z kolowym pierscieniem. Zlaczka w handlu wystepuje pod nazwa KOLANO KL DN 110/50/90°/180°. Zlaczka wykona jest z tworzywa sztucznego.Fig.1 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a hydraulic connector used to connect water and sewage pipes and fittings. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape of the connector. The subject of the industrial design is shown in Figure 1. The hydraulic connector, according to the industrial design, has three circular openings for accepting hydraulic pipes and fittings and is formed by an open circular cylinder, bent at a right angle in the middle of its length, connected at the bend to a second cylinder, where the diameter of the bent cylinder is significantly larger than the diameter of the second cylinder. Furthermore, the diameter of the bent cylinder is slightly enlarged near one of its ends, and a circular ring is formed on the cylinder's surface. The diameter of the second cylinder is slightly reduced where the two cylinders meet, and a circular ring is formed near the free end of this cylinder. The essence of the industrial-designed coupling is reflected in the new shape of the coupling, specifically in the design of the smaller outer cylinder, which is positioned at a 180° angle to the end of the larger cylinder with the circular ring. The coupling is commercially available under the name KNEE KL DN 110/50/90°/180°. The coupling is made of plastic. Fig. 1 EN
