Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest urzadzenie do nauki i doskonalenia jazdy na nartach. Urzadzenie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawione jest w materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci fotografii, wykonanych w róznych ujeciach, mianowicie: - fig. 1 pokazuje urzadzenie w widoku z boku i ukosnie z góry, - fig. 2 - w widoku od czola i ukosnie z góry, - fig. 3 - z ukosa z boku i w mniejszym stopniu w widoku z góry, - fig. 4 - z ukosa z boku i w wiekszym stopniu w widoku z góry. Podstawowym elementem jest rama utworzona z dwóch równoleglych, wygietych lukowo do góry prowadnic, polaczonych ze soba na koncach poprzeczkami. W czesci centralnej u dolu prowadnic jest podpora. Poprzeczki polaczone sa ze soba poprzez podpore i dolna czesc wózka równoleglymi, sprezystymi ciegnami. Na prowadnicach spoczywa czterokolowy wózek, na którego platformie staje cwiczacy, który bocznymi ruchami ciala powoduje przetaczanie wózka po prowadnicach raz w jedna, raz w druga strone. Z boku urzadzenia zamocowany jest pionowo kablakowaty uchwyt. Cecha istotna jest oryginalny wyglad prowadnic. Prowadnica jest ksztaltownikiem wypro- filowanym w widoku czolowym symetrycznie wzgledem pionowej osi w dwie otwarte, polaczone ze soba komory. Górna komora ma w przyblizeniu postac prostokata, którego górna mniejsza sciana jest wygieta lukowo na zewnatrz, a po przeciwnej stronie komora jest otwarta przez brak sciany i polaczona poprzez szczeline w górnej scianie znacznie wiekszej komory z jej wnetrzem. Wieksza komora ma w przyblizeniu ksztalt prostokata o zaokraglonych narozach scian. Dolne brzegi bocznych scian komory sa zagiete do wewnatrz, ale nie laczac sie ze soba, tworza wzdluzna szczeline. The device, according to the industrial design, is presented in illustrative material in the form of photographs taken from various angles, namely: - Fig. 1 shows the device from the side and diagonally from above; - Fig. 2 - from the front and diagonally from above; - Fig. 3 - from the side and to a lesser extent from above; - Fig. 4 - from the side and to a greater extent from above. The basic element is a frame composed of two parallel, upwardly arched guides, connected at the ends by crossbars. In the central section, at the bottom of the guides, is a support. The crossbars are connected to each other through the support and the lower part of the carriage by parallel, elastic ties. A four-wheeled cart rests on the rails, with the exerciser standing on its platform. Lateral body movements cause the cart to roll along the rails, one way or the other. A vertically mounted cable-like handle is attached to the side of the device. The unique design of the carts is a significant feature. The cart is a shape shaped in a frontal view, symmetrically about a vertical axis, into two open, interconnected chambers. The upper chamber is roughly rectangular, with the smaller upper wall bent outward in an arc, while the opposite chamber is open, lacking a wall, and is connected to the interior of the much larger chamber through a slot in the upper wall. The larger chamber is roughly rectangular in shape with rounded corners. The lower edges of the chamber's side walls are bent inward, but without connecting, they form a longitudinal slot.
