Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac daszka reklamowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia widok daszka reklamowego z tabliczka w ksztalcie osmiokata; fig. 2 - widok daszka z tabliczka w ksztalcie wycinka kola, fig. 3 - widok daszka z tabliczka w ksztalcie elipsy. Daszek reklamowy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi w rozlozeniu plaska powierzchnie, której dolna krawedz ograniczona jest krzywa w ksztalcie wycinka elipsy. Dlugosc osi pionowej tej elipsy do dlugosci osi poziomej wynosi w przyblizeniu jak 4:3. Górna krawedz powierzchni jest ograniczona wycinkiem elipsy, w której dlugosc osi pionowej do dlugosci osi poziomej wynosi okolo jak 5:7. Naroza w miejscach przeciecia obu krawedzi sa zaokraglone i umieszczone sa na nich otwory. W srodkowej czesci górnej krawedzi znajduje sie wystep w ksztalcie tabliczki. W pierwszej odmianie wzoru tabliczka tama ksztalt regularnego osmiokata. W drugiej odmianie wzoru tabliczka stanowiaca wystep górnej krawedzi ma ksztalt wycinka kola. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru tabliczka stanowiaca wystep górnej krawedzi ma ksztalt wycinka elipsy. PL PLAdvertising Canopy The design registration right is valid from: 22 May 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is an advertising canopy in three varieties. The essence of the design is a new form of the advertising canopy, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the advertising canopy with an octagonal sign; Fig. 2 - a view of the canopy with a circular sector-shaped sign; Fig. 3 - a view of the canopy with an ellipse-shaped sign. According to the ornamental design, the advertising canopy, when laid out, constitutes a flat surface, the lower edge of which is bounded by a curve in the shape of an ellipse sector. The length of the vertical axis of this ellipse to the length of the horizontal axis is approximately 4:3. The upper edge of the surface is bounded by a segment of an ellipse, in which the length of the vertical axis to the length of the horizontal axis is approximately 5:7. The corners at the intersection of the two edges are rounded and have holes. In the central part of the upper edge, there is a tablet-shaped protrusion. In the first pattern, the tablet is a regular octagon. In the second pattern, the tablet constituting the protrusion of the upper edge is shaped like a sector of a circle. In the third pattern, the tablet constituting the protrusion of the upper edge is shaped like a sector of an ellipse.
