Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj ac a si e w kszta lcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - pojemnik zni- cza w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik znicza bez pokrywki w widoku perspektywicznym od góry. Pojemnik znicza wed lug wzoru przemys lowego utworzony jest z korpusu zako nczonego od góry g lówk a, na któr a mo zna nak lada c lub nakr eca c pokrywk e, a od do lu podstaw a. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma posta c bry ly utworzonej z dwóch przystaj acych do siebie podstawami sto zków sci etych, z których wy zej po lo zony ma nieznacznie wklesla pobocz- nic e, a ni zej po lozony ma nieznacznie wypuk la pobocznic e. 2. W cz esci górnej wy zej po lo zonego sto zka znajduje si e po lo zony na ca lym obwodzie wy- staj acy ponad powierzchni e ornament utworzony z po lozonych obok siebie figur w postaci kropli, przy czym w co drugiej kropli znajduje si e kuleczka. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 - the candle holder in a side view, Fig. 2 - the candle holder without the lid in a perspective view from above. The industrial-style grave candle container consists of a body with a head at the top, onto which a lid can be placed or screwed on, and a base at the bottom. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid composed of two conical truncated cones with their bases congruent, the upper cone having slightly concave sides, and the lower cone having slightly convex sides. In the upper part of the upper cone, there is an ornament extending around its entire circumference, protruding above the surface, made up of juxtaposed figures in the form of drops, with every other drop containing a ball. On the surface of the lower cone, there are decorative elements in the form of recesses surrounded by smooth walls. The recesses have an outline similar to irregular ovals. Some of the recesses contain small balls. Viewed from above, the body is circular. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid composed of two conical cones with congruent bases, the higher cone having slightly concave sides, and the lower cone having slightly convex sides. 2. In the upper part of the higher cone, there is an ornament protruding above the surface along its entire circumference, formed by juxtaposed figures in the form of drops, with every other drop containing a small ball. 3. On the surface of the lower cone, there are decorative elements in the form of recesses surrounded by smooth walls. The recesses have an outline similar to irregular ovals. Some of the recesses contain balls. 4.
