Istot a wzoru przemys lowego jest nowa posta c przedmiotu przejawiaj ac a si e w kszta lcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w jednym widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - pojemnik znicza w innym widoku bocznym, przy czym pojemnik w tym widoku pozbawiony jest pokrywki, fig. 3 - pojemnik znicza w widoku z góry bez pokrywki. Pojemnik znicza wed lug wzoru przemys lowego utworzony jest z korpusu zako nczonego od góry g lówk a, na któr a mo zna nak lada c lub nakr eca c pokrywk e, a od do lu podstaw a. Korpus w widoku ogól- nym ma posta c bry ly utworzonej z owalnej cz esci przechodz acej w dole nachylon a powierzchni a w nisk a i w ask a cz esc walcow a. Na powierzchni korpusu znajduj a si e elementy ozdobne wystaj ace ponad powierzchni e. Na powierzchni korpusu znajduj a si e elementy ozdobne wystaj ace ponad powierzchni e. Na obu powierzchniach bocznych po lo zonych na krótszych wypuk lych odcinkach owalu elementy ozdobne maj a posta c grubych wypuk lych linii tworz acych motywy o spiralnych odcinkach do których przystaj a figury przedstawiaj ace li scie. Motyw ten w dolnej cz esci korpusu przechodzi na w ask a czes c walcow a i jest usytuowany na jej ca lym obwodzie. W górnych cz esciach na ka zdej powierzchni bocznej po lo zonej na d lu zszym w przybli ze- niu prostym odcinku owalu znajduje si e krzy z. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the grave candle container in one side view, Fig. 2 - the grave candle container in another side view, where the container in this view is without a lid, and Fig. 3 - the grave candle container in a top view without a lid. The industrial-style grave candle container consists of a body with a head at the top, onto which a lid can be placed or screwed on, and a base at the bottom. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid composed of an oval section transitioning from an inclined surface at the bottom to a low, narrow cylindrical section. The surface of the body features decorative elements protruding above the surface. On both side surfaces, located on the shorter, convex sections of the oval, the decorative elements are in the form of thick, convex lines creating motifs with spiral sections, to which figures representing leaves are congruent. This motif transitions to the narrow cylindrical section in the lower part of the body and is located along its entire circumference. In the upper parts, each lateral surface located on the longer, approximately straight segment of the oval features a cross. In one side view, the body has a shape similar to a heart in its upper part, with lateral lines passing into low and vertical segments. In the upper part of the heart, there is a cross and visible fragments of motifs with spiral segments. In another side view, the body has a shape similar to a trapezoid, tapering towards the bottom, with rounded transitions from the upper base to the sides. On the surface of the trapezoid, there are decorative elements with motifs of spiral segments with congruent figures representing leaves. In the top view, the body has an external shape similar to an oval with marked decorative elements. A circle is marked in the central part of the oval. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The body of the candle holder, in a general view, has the form of a solid composed of an oval part transitioning from an inclined surface at the bottom into a low, narrow cylindrical part. 2. The surface of the body features decorative elements protruding above the surface. On both side surfaces, located on the shorter convex segments of the oval, the decorative elements take the form of thick, convex lines creating motifs with spiral segments to which figures representing leaves are congruent. In the lower part of the body, this motif transitions to the narrow cylindrical part and is situated along its entire circumference. In the upper parts, on each side surface located on the longer, approximately straight segment of the oval, there is a cross. 3. In one side view, the body in the upper part has a shape similar to a heart, with lateral lines passing into low and vertical segments.
