The essence of the industrial design is the new, original form of the bottle, manifesting itself primarily in the characteristic shape and features of the lines and arrangement of ornamental elements, giving the design a new, functional and original appearance. The industrial design subject is shown in the attached photographs, where the figures of the industrial design subject are as follows: - Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a front view - Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a side view - Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a view from the other side - Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a perspective view - Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view The industrial design subject shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 5 has a rectangular cross-section with characteristically convex longer sides and rounded corners, while the bottom in the bottom view is concave and has characteristic mesh-shaped reinforcements. The bottle, as shown in the front view of Fig. 1, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, has sides in the front part with a characteristic irregular outline in the form of a groove with a simultaneous embossing emphasizing the shape of the groove outline, which then turns into a deeper and wider groove and which spreads into two grooves with an emphasizing embossing in the neck part of the bottle, and then turns into its side wall and onto the other side of the front part of the bottle, creating its identical outline and image. Moreover, the bottle's side walls in the upper part take on a narrowing shape toward the interior, then widening and flowing in a gentle arc toward the top of the bottle, creating a bottle neck with a collar and three-thread thread. The bottle's originality is manifested in the unique arrangement of lines and edges, which reproduce the bottle's characteristic perpendicular wall body and flow toward the bottle neck with a collar and thread. The essential features of the industrial design are the characteristic shape of the front part of the bottle with a characteristic irregular outline in the form of a groove with a simultaneous embossing emphasizing the shape of the groove's outline, which then turns into a deeper and wider groove and which spreads into two grooves with an emphasizing embossing in the neck part of the bottle, and then turns into its side wall and onto the other side of the front part of the bottle, creating its identical outline and image.
