Istot a przedmiotowego wzoru jest charakterystyczne ukszta ltowanie oraz wyko nczenie po- wierzchni nogi. It is known from descriptions of industrial design Rp 3513, a bipartite leg composed of two solids in the form of a truncated cone with a perpendicular base and a perpendicular wall, and from design Rp 4146, a leg in the form of a perpendicular wall with beveled edges. The essence of the design is the characteristic shape and surface finish of the leg. The design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Figs. 1-2 show the leg in perspective view, Fig. 3 shows a schematic drawing of the leg from above, Fig. 4 shows a schematic drawing of the leg from a side view, and Fig. 5 shows a schematic drawing of the leg from a front view. The leg according to the pattern has the form of a solid similar to a stylized rectangular wall, the essential features of which are the arc-shaped outline of the surface of one of the ends of the solid, bent in this way and creating a rectangular surface of the leg base parallel to the ground, while on the upper surface of the leg there are mounting holes, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1 - 5.
