Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko przeznaczone jako opakowanie towarów, w szczególnosci róznego sprzetu medycznego o niewielkich gabarytach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego funkcjonalnosci i oryginalnosci, co jest efektem odmiennego, od rozwiazan dotychczas znanych, uksztaltowania jego postaci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 ukazuje widok ogólny pudelka zamknietego, bez banderoli na zasobniku, fig. 2 - widok pudelka z uchylonym wieczkiem oraz z banderola na zasobniku pudelka, natomiast fig. 3 ukazuje widok banderoli w jaka pudelko jest wyposazone, zas na fig. 4 przedstawiono banderole z przykladowymi napisami. Jak przedstawiono na ilustracjach - fig. 1 i fig. 2, pudelko wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma postac bryly przestrzennej w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Czesc dolna pudelka, stanowiaca zasobnik, jest polaczona trwale z uchylnym wieczkiem, które w widoku bocznym ma ksztalt trójkata. Wieczko w plaszczyznie czolowej zawiera przywieszke w ksztalcie czworokata posiadajaca ozdobe, jaka stanowi kokardka. Zasobnik pudelka jest opasany banderola pokazana na ilustracji fig. 3, na której zamieszcza sie informacje dotyczaca towaru znajdujacego sie w jego wnetrzu, co przykladowo ukazuje ilustracja fig. 4. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in its functionality and originality, which is the effect of its shape, which is different from previously known solutions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a general view of the closed box, without a label on the container, Fig. 2 - a view of the box with a half-open lid and with a label on the container of the box, while Fig. 3 shows a view of the label with which the box is equipped, and Fig. 4 shows labels with sample inscriptions. As shown in the illustrations - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the box according to the industrial design has the form of a spatial solid in the shape of a cuboid. The lower part of the box, constituting the container, is permanently connected to the hinged lid, which in a side view has the shape of a triangle. The lid in its frontal plane contains a tag in the shape of a quadrangle with a decoration in the form of a bow. The container of the box is girded with a banderole shown in illustration fig. 3, on which information concerning the goods contained inside it is placed, which is shown, for example, in illustration fig. 4.
