Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawieszka tzw. stoper. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - zawieszki typu koralik, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Koralik - stoper ma ksztalt jablka z dwoma listkami, które ograniczaja ruch zatrzasku, poruszajacego sie miedzy nimi. Zatrzask wykonany jest z drutu zakonczonego mala kuleczka wychodzaca z dzialki kielicha. Zatrzask ugiety jest w taki sposób, zeby w jednej pozycji udostepnic miejsce dla rzemienia, a w drugiej zaci- snac sie na nim i zablokowac mozliwosc przesuwania stopera. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – a bead-type pendant, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The bead – the stopper – is shaped like an apple with two leaves that restrict the movement of the clasp, which moves between them. The clasp is made of wire with a small ball extending from the calyx. The clasp is bent in such a way that in one position it provides space for the strap, and in the other it clamps onto it, preventing the stopper from moving. The design is made of oxidized silver, for example. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations - Fig. 1 - 7. Essential features of the industrial design: a pendant/bead design stylized in the shape of an apple, with two leaves, with a hole for inserting a cord/strap and a clasp.
