Opis wzoru przemys lowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemys lowego jest zestaw nowoczesnej, modu lowej kolekcji mebli dzie- ciecych i m lodzie zowych. Przeznaczona jest ona do zaspokojenia potrzeb dziecka w zakresie prze- chowywania ubra n, zabawek, ksiazek dziecka, spania i nauki. Sk lada si e on z dwóch podstawowych modu lów: szafki (fig. 1) i szuflady (fig. 2), z których bu- dowane s a rega ly w ró znych wariantach, oraz elementów uzupe lniaj acych: biurka (fig. 8.1), szafy (fig. 10), lózka (fig. 9.1) oraz szafek wisz acych (fig. 12). Fig. 1 to podstawowy modu l tworz acy szafk e, z której budowane s a meble w ró znych warian- tach. Szafka sk lada si e z sze sciennego korpusu z otwieranym frontem (fig. 1.2). Sciany korpusu to pe lne p lyty, które posiadaj a po 4 równomiernie roz lo zone otwory ka zda (2 rz edy po 2 otwory), s lu zace do laczenia modu lów. Korpus szafki ma barw e bia la, matow a. Szafka stoi na demontowalnych nogach, w formie 2 krzy zuj acych si e p lyt z podci eciem od spodu, u lo zonych równolegle do przekatnych podstawy i w linii przek atnych podstawy szafki (fig. 1.1). Barwa nóg bia la, matowa. Fig. 2 to podstawowy modu l tworz acy szuflad e, z której budowane s a meble w ró znych warian- tach. Korpus szuflady ma kszta lt prostopad lo scienny (2 modu ly jeden na drugim wymiarowo równe s a szafce - fig. 1) z wysuwanym frontem. Sciany: dolna (podstawa korpusu) i górna (wierzch korpusu) posiadaj a po 4 równomiernie roz lo zone otwory ka zda (2 rz edy po 2 otwory), s lu zace do laczenia mo- du lów. Pozosta le sciany (boczne i tylna) posiadaj a po 2 w/w otwory (w jednym rz edzie). Korpus szu- flady ma barw e bia la, matow a. Front szuflady analogiczny budow a i kolorystyk a do fig. 1.2 w propor- cjach przedstawionych na fig. 2. Fig. 1.2 przedstawia front zastosowany w szafce mebli. Sk lada si e on z ramy w postaci p lyty o kszta lcie kwadratu z otworem, za którym umieszczona jest wymienna wk ladka (fig. 1.4). Otwór ma kszta lt kwadratu z zaokr aglonymi naro znikami (lub kszta lt prostok ata w przypadku szuflady - fig. 2 - w uk ladzie poziomym). Barwa ramy bia la, po lysk. Za otworem umieszczana jest wymienna wk ladka (fig. 1.4) - wsuwana pomi edzy front, a os lon e panelu (fig. 1.3). Wk ladka (fig. 1.4) ma kszta lt kwadratu z zaokr aglonymi naro znikami i wyci eciem z dwóch boków prowadzonym od podstawy do wysoko sci pocz atku zaokr aglenia naro zników (fig. 3). Barwa wk ladki zgodnie z odmianami mebla. Faktura g ladka z po lyskiem. Os lona wk ladki (fig. 1.3) ma kszta lt kwadratowej, p laskiej ramy o wymiarach wewn etrz- nych analogicznych do otworu frontu (fig. 1.2). Wszystkie naro zniki os lony s a zaokr aglone. Fig. 3 przedstawia zestaw z lo zony z 9 modu lów szafki (fig. 1) i 6 modu lów szuflad (fig. 2). Uk lad tworzony jest przez u lo zenie w/w elementów w 5 rz edach po 3 sztuki (jedna na drugiej). Pierwszy rz ad to 3 szafki po laczone ze sob a bokami i postawione na nó zkach. Drugi i trzeci rz ad od do lu to szuflady (po 3 sztuki po laczone ze sob a bokami). Pozosta le rz edy to szafki polaczone ze sob a bokami po 3 sztuki w rz edzie. Wszystkie elementy tworz a razem zwart a bry le - rega l na nó zkach. It is designed to meet a child's needs for storing clothes, toys, books, sleeping, and studying. It consists of two basic modules: a cabinet (fig. 1) and a drawer (fig. 2), from which various shelving units are constructed, as well as complementary elements: a desk (fig. 8.1), a wardrobe (fig. 10), a bed (fig. 9.1), and wall-mounted cabinets (fig. 12). Fig. 1 is the basic module creating the cabinet, from which various furniture units are constructed. The cabinet consists of a cubic body with an opening front (fig. 1.2). The body walls are solid boards with four evenly spaced holes each (two rows of two holes) for connecting modules. The cabinet body is matte white. The cabinet rests on removable legs consisting of two intersecting boards with undercuts on the bottom, arranged parallel to the base diagonals and in line with the cabinet base diagonals (fig. 1.1). The legs are matte white. Fig. 2 is a basic module forming a drawer, from which furniture in various variants is constructed. The drawer body has a rectangular wall shape (two modules stacked one on top of the other are the same size as a cabinet - Fig. 1) with a pull-out front. The lower (base of the body) and upper (top of the body) walls have four evenly spaced holes each (two rows of two holes) for connecting modules. The remaining walls (side and back) have two of the aforementioned holes each (in one row). The drawer body is matte white. The drawer front is similar in structure and color to Fig. 1.2, with the proportions shown in Fig. 2. Fig. 1.2 shows the front used in the furniture cabinet. It consists of a square-shaped board frame with an opening behind which a replaceable insert is placed (fig. 1.4). The opening is square with rounded corners (or rectangular in the case of the drawer - fig. 2 - in a horizontal arrangement). The frame is glossy white. A replaceable insert is placed behind the opening (fig. 1.4) - it slides between the front and the panel cover (fig. 1.3). The insert (fig. 1.4) is square with rounded corners and a cutout on two sides running from the base to the height of the beginning of the corner rounding (fig. 3). The insert color matches the furniture variants. Smooth, glossy texture. The insert cover (fig. 1.3) has the shape of a square, flat frame with internal dimensions analogous to the front opening (fig. 1.2). All corners of the cover are rounded. Fig. 3 shows a set of 9 cabinet modules (fig. 1) and 6 drawer modules (fig. 2). The arrangement is created by arranging the aforementioned elements in 5 rows of 3 (one on top of the other). The first row consists of 3 cabinets connected at the sides and placed on legs. The second and third rows from the bottom are drawers (3 units each connected at the sides). The remaining rows consist of cabinets connected at the sides, 3 units per row. All the elements together form a compact block – a shelf on legs. All the fronts of the aforementioned elements are similar to Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The inserts in the fronts (Fig. 1.4) are white, green, or pink. Some of the inserts depict pictograms illustrating the cabinet's contents, i.e., a doll symbol on a pink background, books on a green background, jewelry on a pink background, and blocks on a pink background. Fig. 4 shows a set composed of two cabinet modules (Fig. 1) and two drawer modules (Fig. 2) in the form of two sets arranged side by side. The left set consists of a drawer (with a green front insert) placed on legs and a cabinet (with a gray front insert) placed on the aforementioned drawer. The right set consists of a cabinet (with a white front insert) placed on legs and a drawer (with a pink front insert) placed on the aforementioned cabinet. Fig. 5 shows three cabinet modules (fig. 1) with front inserts with pictograms on a pink background. The cabinets are stacked one on top of the other to form a vertical shelf. The entire unit stands on legs as shown in Fig. 1.1. Fig. 6 shows a set composed of two cabinets (Fig. 1) and two drawers (Fig. 2) stacked on top of each other in the following order from the bottom: cabinet, drawer, cabinet, drawer - creating a vertical shelving unit. The entire unit stands on legs as shown in Fig. 1. The front inserts are white, yellow, green with a white dress pictogram, and pink. Fig. 7 shows a set composed of two cabinets (Fig. 1) and two drawers (Fig. 2). The drawers are stacked on top of each other and placed on legs. Two cabinet modules are attached to them, each on legs as shown in Fig. 1.1. It consists of a top supported on one side by cabinets - two cabinet modules (fig. 1) and two drawer modules (fig. 2), and on the other by a desk leg. The desk leg consists of two boards with holes (three rows of two holes in one and a row of two holes in the other) used to connect the boards into a single leg. The leg is arranged along the shorter side of the top. The back of the desk has a stiffening board along the entire length of the longer side of the top. The color of the top, board, and desk legs is matte white. The desk can be adjusted to different heights by adjusting the desk legs and cabinet layout. Fig. 8.1 shows a high-height desk – two cabinets side by side on legs (Fig. 1.1) with drawers placed on the aforementioned cabinets, the desk leg in the high-height configuration. The cabinet fronts feature inserts with a white ball pictogram on a pink background, books on a pink background, and green drawer front inserts. The desk top overlaps the first cabinet with a drawer across its entire width. The depth of the top is greater than the depth of the cabinets – the top protrudes in front of the drawer and behind the back wall of the drawer by an equal distance. Fig. 8.2 shows a desk in a low configuration (a set analogous to Fig. 8.1). The cabinets are arranged side by side and placed on legs. For this configuration, the drawers are arranged as a set – two drawers, one on top of the other, placed on legs. Pictograms and colors are analogous to Fig. 8.1. Fig. 9.1 shows a bed with a headboard. The bed base is a perpendicular wall frame made of white, matte boards. The front part of the frame is made of solid board. The left side part consists of two boards - one in the shape of a horizontal rectangle (4/5 of the length of the bed) which is the drawer front, the other in the shape of the letter "L" rotated by 90 degrees (fig. 9.1), which together with the drawer front forms one plane. The right side part is made similarly as a mirror image (fig. 9.2). The headboard of the bed has twice the height of the bed frame. In its upper part there are two holes similar to the holes in the cabinet fronts (fig. 1). The holes are filled with an insert (fig. 1.4) with an insert cover (fig. 1.3) placed at the back of the headboard. The insert is pink. Fig. 10 shows a 3-door cabinet. It consists of three similar modules. The body has the shape of a perpendicular wall arranged vertically with an opening front. All body walls have four holes for connecting the modules - a row of two in the upper part and a row of two in the lower part. The front is a solid board with an opening similar to Fig. 1.2 at a height of 1/3 of the cabinet from the base. All three modules stand on legs similar to Fig. 1.1. Fig. 11 shows a wall-hung cabinet. The structure is similar to Fig. 1, except for the side, top, and bottom walls, which are shallower than in Fig. 1 and do not have holes. Front similar to fig. 1.2. The color of the front insert is pink. Fig. 12 shows a set of 3 wall-hung cabinets similar to fig. 11.
