Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest listwa dociskowo-zawieszkowa, znajdujaca zasto- sowanie w oprawianiu i zawieszaniu róznorodnych prac plastycznych. Moga to byc obrazy, grafiki, fotografie, druki lub inne prace. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez ksztalt, cechy linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - ilustruje listwe dociskowo-zawieszkowa w widoku ogólnym wraz z widocznym przekrojem poprzecznym odmiana 1, fig. 2 - pokazuje listwe dociskowo-zawieszkowa w widoku ogólnym wraz z przekrojem poprzecznym odmiana 2, fig. 3 - prezentuje praktyczne zastosowanie listwy odmiana 1 i odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 4 - pokazuje listwe odmiana 2 przymocowana do sciany, na której bedzie mocowana rama z praca graficzna, wyposazona z tylu w dociskowa listwe odmiana 1. These may be paintings, graphics, photographs, prints or other works. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, features of lines, contours, colors, material and ornamentation. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 - illustrates the pressure-suspension strip in a general view together with a visible cross-section of variant 1, fig. 2 - shows the pressure-suspension strip in a general view together with a cross-section of variant 2, fig. 3 - presents the practical application of the strips of variants 1 and 2, while fig. 4 - shows the strip of variant 2 attached to the wall, on which the frame with the graphic work will be attached, equipped at the back with a pressure strip of variant 1. The pressure-suspension strip, in accordance with the industrial design, is made of wood and is suitable for multiple reproduction. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design variant 1, presented in drawings fig. 1 and fig. 3 - include that the pressure-suspension strip 1 in cross-section has the outline of a quadrangle, with the edge 2 profiled diagonally in relation to the substrate. On the side of the attachment to the wall 3, in the elongated side 2 of the strip 1, a groove 4 is made with the outline of a triangle. The groove 4 extends along the entire length of the strip 1. The essential features of the industrial design variant 2, presented in drawings fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4 - include that the pressure-suspension strip variant 2 in cross-section has the outline of a quadrangle, with the edge 2 profiled diagonally. On the opposite side of the wall attachment 3, in the elongated side 2 of the strip 1, a groove 4 is made in the shape of a triangle. The pressure-suspension strip 1 can act as a clamp for the artwork inside the frame, from the back, or as a suspension on which the frame together with the framed artwork is mounted.
