PL 23161 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrycie dachowe przeznaczone do zewnetrznego pokrywania dachów, posiadajace postac ksztaltowego elementu z przednim i tylnym zarysem schodkowym, wykonane z blachy lub tworzywa sztucznego. Istote cech nowosci i oryginalnosci wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, stanowiacego pokrycie dachowe, posiadajacego zarys stylizowanego prostokata zawierajacego poprzeczne symetryczne pasy przedzielone waskimi zarysami o postaci rowków, przy czym czesc czolowa posiada zagiety ku dolowi pas tworzacy zarys schodkowy, zas na czesci tylnej przed zewnetrzna krawedzia posiada zagiety ku górze pas wznoszacy powierzchnie pokrycia o szerokosc pasa, a na zewnetrznych bocznych krawedziach umieszczone sa waskie rowki umozliwiajace laczenie z nastepnym arkuszem pokrycia. PL 23161 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23161 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 23161 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a roof covering intended for external roof covering, having the form of a shaped element with a front and rear stepped outline, made of sheet metal or plastic. The essence of the features of novelty and originality of the industrial design is the new form of the object, constituting a roof covering, having the outline of a stylized rectangle containing transverse symmetrical strips separated by narrow outlines in the form of grooves, wherein the front part has a strip bent downwards creating a stepped outline, while on the rear part in front of the outer edge has a strip bent upwards raising the surface of the covering by the width of the strip, and on the outer side edges there are narrow grooves enabling connection with the next sheet of covering. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photographs, which show: Fig. 1 – frontal view of a roof covering comprising five transverse symmetrical strips divided by narrow outlines in the form of grooves and in the frontal part a strip bent downwards creating a stepped outline, and on the rear part in front of the outer edge a strip bent upwards raising the surface of the covering by the width of the strip, and on the outer side edges narrow grooves to enable joining with the next sheet of roof covering; Fig. 2 – frontal and side view of the roof covering showing the outline of the frontal bend and the rear shaped bend; Fig. 3 – top view of the roof covering showing the symmetrical location of the grooves dividing the symmetrical transverse strips and at the outer edge the outline of the stepped bend. The essential features of the roof covering, according to the industrial design, made of sheet metal or plastic, are manifested in that it has the outline of a stylized rectangle containing transverse symmetrical strips separated by narrow outlines in the form of grooves, wherein the front part has a strip bent downwards creating a stepped outline, while on the rear part in front of the outer edge it has a strip bent upwards raising the surface of the covering by the width of the strip, and on the outer side edges there are narrow grooves enabling connection with the next sheet of covering.
