The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a cap according to variant 1 of the design, in a side view; Fig. 2 shows a cap according to variant 1 of the design, in a front view with ears turned up; Fig. 3 shows a cap according to variant 1 of the design, in a front view with ears down; Fig. 4 shows a cap according to variant 2 of the design, in a side view; Fig. 5 shows a cap according to variant 2 of the design, in a perspective view. List of design variations: 1. cap according to variant 1 - with a stiff visor; 2. A hat in variant 2 – with a soft, shaggy or fur-lined visor. Essential features of the industrial design: The essential features of the industrial design in question, which is an autumn/winter hat with a visor and fold-over ears, are the new form of the product, manifested in its ornamentation and structure. Characteristic features of the design include, above all, the use of floral fabric as the outer fabric of the hat with ears and visor, as well as the juxtaposition of contrasting textile materials on individual sections of the hat, such as floral fabric and fur, or fabric with long pile. In particular, the submitted design is distinguished from other known designs by the following features: 1. The outer fabric of the hat is decorated with floral patterns, for example, patterns characteristic of Polish folk costumes; 2. The lining of the visible parts of the hat, such as the ears, and in the pattern according to variant 2 - also the visor, is made of fur or a fabric imitating fur. The length of the pile of this lining may vary, from approximately 5 mm, as in the pattern according to variant 1 - to approximately 50 mm, as in the pattern according to variant 2; 3. The ears of the hat, and in the pattern according to variant 2 - also its visor - may be turned outward; 4.
