Przedmiotem wynalazku są drzwi antywłamaniowe, wykazujące wysoką odporność na włamania, w związku z czym znajdujące zastosowania do zabezpieczania mieszkań, magazynów, pomieszczeń kasowych i innych obiektów, w których jest przechowywane mienie wysokiej wartości.The subject of the invention is anti-burglary doors, showing high resistance to burglary, and therefore applicable for securing flats, warehouses, cash register rooms and other facilities in which high-value property is stored.

Z polskiego opisu wzoru użytkowego nr. 52 241, znane są drzwi o zwiększonej odporności na włamanie. Są one wyposażone w płytę zewnętrzną oraz w płytę wewnętrzną, pomiędzy którymi znajduje się wkład drzwiowy, składający się z nośnej ramy z osadzonymi w niej pionowymi i poziomymi metalowymi prętami. Pionowe pręty są oplecione względem poziomych, metalowych prętów tworząc ustrój kratowy, znajdujący się w wewnętrznej przestrzeni nośnej ramy wypełnionej poliuretanową pianką. Na długości nośnej ramy wystają na zewnątrz końce poziomych, metalowych prętów. W części środkowej nośnej ramy zamocowana jest poprzeczna, usztywniająca belka z przechodzącymi przez nią pionowymi, metalowymi prętami.From the Polish description of the utility model no. 52 241, doors with increased burglary resistance are known. The vertical bars are braided in relation to the horizontal, metal bars, creating a lattice structure located in the inner support space of the frame filled with polyurethane foam. The ends of the horizontal metal bars protrude along the length of the supporting frame. In the central part of the load-bearing frame, a transverse, stiffening beam with vertical metal bars passing through it is mounted.

Istotę wynalazku stanowi konstrukcja drzwi, wyposażonych w ramę, do której są przymocowane obustronnie poszycia wykonane z blachy. Wewnątrz ramy zainstalowane są ożebrowania, ukształtowane z pionowych i poziomych profilowych listew. W profilowych listwach są wykonane otwory, przez które są przewleczone luźne, nienaprężone liny. Liny są trwale przymocowane do ramy. Drzwi zgodnie z wynalazkiem są wyposażone ponadto w ryglujące bolce, zamek oraz wzmocnione zawiasy.The essence of the invention is the construction of the door, provided with a frame to which the sheathing made of metal sheet is attached on both sides. Konstrukcja drzwi antywłamaniowych, według wynalazku pozwala na spełnienie wymagań najwyższej klasy odporności na włamania określonej przez normę pN/90 B-92270 i ustalonej w laboratorium mechanicznych urządzeń zabezpieczających w Instytucie Mechaniki Precyzyjnej. Sztywne zamocowanie do ramy luźnych lin wewnątrz poszycia uniemożliwia jego uszkodzenie za pomocą wyżynarek elektromechanicznych i w efekcie sforsowanie drzwi w czasie krótszym niż ustalono normą tj. 20 minut. Pracujące urządzenie elektromechaniczne powoduje wibrację lin, które uniemożliwiają dalszą pracę wyżynarki. Przedłużający się czas na sforsowanie drzwi zniechęca włamywacza i zwiększa możliwość wykrycia i powiadomienia o przestępstwie.The construction of anti-burglary doors, according to the invention, allows to meet the requirements of the highest class of anti-burglary resistance specified by the pN / 90 B-92270 standard and established in the laboratory of mechanical security devices at the Institute of Precision Mechanics. Rigid attachment to the frame of loose ropes inside the sheathing prevents its damage with electromechanical pliers and, as a result, forcing the door in less than the time specified in the standard, i.e. 20 minutes. The working electromechanical device causes the ropes to vibrate, which prevents further operation of the jigsaw. The extended time to break the door discourages the burglar and increases the possibility of detecting and notifying about the crime.

Przedmiot wynalazku został wyjaśniony w przykładzie wykonania na załączonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 - przedstawia drzwi w przekroju wzdłużnym, zaś fig. 2 - w przekroju poprzecznym A-A. Drzwi antywłamaniowe, według wynalazku są wyposażone w ramę 1, do której obustronnie są przymocowane poszycia 2 wykonane z metalowej blachy. Wewnątrz ramy 1 są zainstalowane ożebrowania, ukształtowane z pionowych, profilowych listew 3 i poziomych, profilowych listew 4. Profilowe listwy 3 i 4 są wykonane z metalowego kątownika. W profilowych listwach 3 i 4 są usytuowane otwory 5, przez które są przewleczone luźne, nienaprężone liny 6. Liny 6 są przyspawane do ramy 1. Drzwi antywłamaniowe, zgodnie z wynalazkiem są wyposażone w zamek 7, ryglujące bolce 8 oraz wzmocnione zawiasy 9.The subject matter of the invention is explained in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the door in longitudinal section, and fig. 2 shows the door in cross-section A-A.
