Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem niniejszego zgloszenia jest szafa przesuwna, której glównym zastosowaniem jest wyposazenie przedpokoi, garderób itp. Zasadniczy ksztalt oraz cechy wizualne zostaly zaprezentowane na fotografii „Fig." 1 oraz rysunku „Fig." rys. 2. Tylna czesc szafy stanowi zwarta, zabudowana plyta plaszczyzna w ksztalcie pionowego prostokata. Boki szafy wykonane sa równiez z plyt, stanowiace podobnie jak w przypadku tylnej czesci szafy plaszczyzne pionowego prostokata. Jako bryla element szafy ma ksztalt skrzyni (szescianu). Czesc frontowa szafy jest najbardziej charakterystyczna w prezentowanym meblu. Jest to najbardziej widoczne na zalaczonej fotografii „Fig." fot. 1. Beda to przede wszystkim zastosowanie dwukolorowego systemu plyt stanowiacych. Front szafy stanowia w gruncie rzeczy dwoje drzwi przesuwnych, przesuwanych do osi szafy. W samej kolorystyce najbardziej widoczne jest zastosowanie dwóch, kontrastujacych ze soba barw. W górnej i dolnej czesci jest to kolor ciemny zblizony do hebanu, a w czesci srodkowej jest to kolor jasny zblizony w swym wybarwieniu do koloru limby. Powierzchnie koloru ciemnego maja identyczna wartosc. Kolejna bardzo istotna cecha prezentowanej szafy, w czesci frontowej jest zastosowanie elementów aluminiowych. W przypadku górnej i dolnej krawedzi sa to listwy aluminiowe, które z jednej strony stanowia prowadnice drzwi, po których poruszaja sie rolki zamontowane do drzwi. Pelnia one takze role estetyczna, stanowiac walor estetyczny (wykonczeniowy). Warto zaznaczyc, ze listwa dolna rózni sie od listwy górnej. W przypadku listwy dolnej wylacznie prowadnica, bez listwy maskujacej. Z kolei listwa górna posiada specjalna listwe maskujaca (ozdobna) o szerokosci identycznej jak listwa pionowa, mocowana do drzwi szafy. Na pierwszy rzut oka oprócz samej kolorystyki szafy (dwubarwnej i kontrastujacej) ze soba wylaniaja sie wlasnie dodatkowe elementy wykonczeniowe w postaci listew (prowadnic) aluminiowych. W przypadku listwy aluminiowej pionowej, montowanej do skrzydla drzwi pelni ona takze role uchwytu sluzacego do przesuwania skrzydla drzwiowego. Cala szafa jest ponadto posadowiona na szesciu identycznych stopkach o przekroju kwadratu. W swym wybarwieniu oraz strukturze w sposób jednoznaczny nawiazuja one do opisywanych powyzej listew aluminiowych, co widac na fotografii „Fig." fot. 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie uchwytu meblowego, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, wykonczeniu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych oraz funkcjonalnych. Najwazniejsze cechy które decyduja o oryginalnosci prezentowanej szafy przesuwnej to jej kolorystyka (dwubarwna, kontrastujaca ze soba), zastosowane elementy dodatkowe - listwy (prowadnice) aluminiowe. The back part of the wardrobe is a compact, built-in board surface in the shape of a vertical rectangle. The sides of the wardrobe are also made of boards, which, like the back part of the wardrobe, form a vertical rectangle surface. As a solid element, the wardrobe has the shape of a box (cube). The front part of the wardrobe is the most characteristic part of the presented piece of furniture. This is most visible in the attached photograph "Fig." Photo 1. This will primarily be the use of a two-color system of constituting boards. The front of the wardrobe is essentially two sliding doors, moved along the axis of the wardrobe. In the color scheme itself, the most visible feature is the use of two contrasting colors. The top and bottom sections are a dark color similar to ebony, while the middle section is a light color similar to Swiss pine. The dark surfaces are identical in color. Another crucial feature of this wardrobe, in the front section, is the use of aluminum elements. The top and bottom edges feature aluminum strips, which, on one side, act as door guides, along which the rollers mounted to the doors move. They also serve as an aesthetic finishing touch. It's worth noting that the bottom strip differs from the top strip. The bottom strip is a guide only, without a cover strip. The top strip, on the other hand, has a special cover strip (decorative) with a width identical to the vertical strip attached to the wardrobe door. At first glance, beyond the wardrobe's color scheme (two-color and contrasting), additional finishing elements emerge in the form of aluminum strips (guides). In the case of the vertical aluminum strip mounted to the door leaf, it also serves as a handle for sliding the door leaf. The entire wardrobe is also supported by six identical square feet. Their color and structure clearly reference the aluminum strips described above, as can be seen in photograph "Fig.", photo 1. Essential features of an industrial design: The essence of an industrial design is a new, three-dimensional shape of a furniture handle, manifested in its shape, line layout, color scheme, and finish, aimed at achieving aesthetic and functional goals. The most important features that determine the originality of this sliding wardrobe are its color scheme (two-color, contrasting) and the additional elements used – aluminum slats (guide rails). The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material – a drawing and photograph, attached to the application, illustrating the presented design.
