Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie we wlasciwosci powierzchni, ukladzie linii oraz elementach zdobienia. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym przed- stawiono widok biletu od strony zawierajacej zdobienia. Bilet ma ksztalt prostokatnego paska papieru, posiadajacego w osi wzdluznej cztery prostokatne pola pomiedzy którymi znajduja sie perforowane linie. Wszystkie pola pokryte sa zdobieniami, przy czym zdobienie pola srodkowego, które dominuje wielkoscia nad pozostalymi ma postac konturu mapy z kontynentem europejskim, na- tomiast na kazdym z pozostalych pól zdobienie ma postac prostokatnej ramki usytu- owanej przy krawedzi wzdluznej biletu oraz elementu slowno-graficznego usytuowa-nego posrodku danego pola i skosnie do osi wzdluznej biletu. Tlo elementów zdobie- nia jest jasno niebieskie. PL PLInternational Travel Ticket. The right to register an ornamental design is valid from November 24, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is an international travel ticket. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the surface properties, line layout, and decorative elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows a view of the ticket from the side containing the decorations. The ticket is shaped like a rectangular strip of paper, with four rectangular fields along its longitudinal axis, separated by perforated lines. All fields are covered with decorations, with the decoration of the central field, which dominates the others in size, taking the form of an outline of a map showing the European continent. Each of the remaining fields features a rectangular frame located along the longitudinal edge of the ticket, and a verbal and graphic element located in the center of the field and diagonally to the longitudinal axis of the ticket. The background of the decorations is light blue.
