Abstract
Stopmiedziowo-krzemowo-magnezowyCopper-silicon-magnesium alloy
Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest stop miedziowo-krzemowo-magnezowy stosowany do produkcji żeliwa sferoidalnego. The subject of the invention is a copper-silicon-magnesium alloy used in the production of ductile iron.
Znane z polskiego opisu patentowego nr 95 949 stop miedziowo-niklowo-magnezowy składa się wagowo z 2-6% Mg, 20-70% Cu, do 1,2% Ce i niklu, a stop znany z opisu nr 130045 składa się wagowo z 6-30%Mg, 1,12-2% Ce, 20-70% Cu i niklu. The copper-nickel-magnesium alloy known from the Polish patent specification No. 95 949 consists of 2-6% Mg, 20-70% Cu, up to 1.2% Ce and nickel, and the alloy known from the description No. 130 045 consists of 6-30% Mg, 1.12-2% Ce, 20-70% Cu and nickel.
W polskim opisie patentowym nr 154 570 przedstawiono stop o następującym składzie wagowym: 5-35% Mg, 5-50% Fe, 8-50% Cu, do 5% Ce, resztę stanowi nikiel.Polish patent specification No. 154 570 describes an alloy with the following weight composition: 5-35% Mg, 5-50% Fe, 8-50% Cu, up to 5% Ce, the rest is nickel.
Istotąwynalazku jest stop miedziowo-krzemowo-magnezowy zawierający wagowo 20-60% Cu, do 20%Fe, 5-25% Mg, do 5% Ce, a charakteryzuje się tym, że dodatkowo zawiera 5-40% Si.The essence of the invention is a copper-silicon-magnesium alloy containing by weight 20-60% Cu, up to 20% Fe, 5-25% Mg, up to 5% Ce, and is characterized by additionally containing 5-40% Si.
The use of silicon as a new component of the alloy for the production of ductile iron increases the modification effect by increasing the amount of crystallization nuclei, reducing the effect of increasing copper content in ductile iron with continuous use of recycled scrap. The obtained ductile iron is characterized by a fine-grained structure with a uniformly distributed spheroidal graphite and a regular shape with a reduced final magnesium content. As a result, the mechanical properties of ductile iron are increased, as well as the tensile strength and elongation.
