Description

Zbiorniki acetylenu rozpuszczonego w plynach, np. w acetonie, wypelniano dotychczas twarda masa o charakterze kamienistym, albo rozdrobnionym poro¬ watym materjalem. Zastosowanie masy stanowiacej pewna calosc uniemozliwia wykonanie rewizji wewnetrznej albo próby wodnej naczynia bez calkowitego usuniecia poszycia zbiornika. Jezeli takie peczniejace porowate ciala dodac do znanych nieelastycznych mas porowatych i napelnic taka miesza¬ nina bomby gazowe, to po dolaniu plynu, absorbujacego gaz, powstaje skutkiempecznienia pewne cisnienie wewnetrzne, zwiekszajace tarcie miedzy czasteczko- wemi masami. PLTanks of acetylene dissolved in liquids, for example acetone, have previously been filled with a hard mass of a rocky nature or of comminuted porous material. The use of a certain mass makes it impossible to carry out an internal inspection or a water test of the vessel without the complete removal of the shell. When the tank is filled with crushed material, such as pumice, charcoal, flint mulch, fired clay, there is a fear that due to shocks caused, for example during transport, in the mass, empty places are dangerous in terms of the development of ¬ buchu. It was already planned to use a fragmented material having the property of swelling, i.e. specially prepared charcoal. In order to create a certain internal tension and elasticity of the mass, it turned out that an admixture of natural elastic porous bodies, as it was supposed to be cork, sponge, lilac "soul" and tp which swell when combined with the acetylene absorbing liquid. As a result of this, a certain internal pressure increases, increasing the friction between the molecular masses. In this way, it is possible to prevent the individual parts of the mass from slipping and affect the filling of any remaining empty places.
