According to the industrial design, the new and individual features of the label are manifested in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and colors. All variations of the industrial design are characterized by the fact that the label includes the words "ice cream" and "calypso," with the word "ice cream" always placed above the word "calypso." The words "ice cream" and "calypso" are placed in three places on the label: in the upper half of the central part of the label - mention of the expression is rotated and the top of the letters are up; in the left part of the label - the top of the letters are turned to the right; and on the right side of the label, with the tops of the letters facing left. Essential features of the first label variant: - the label contains a graphic element representing a flower and vanilla sticks, placed on the right side in the lower half of the label; - the background of the label is yellow with tonal transitions in the form of light streaks converging in the vicinity of the graphic element representing a flower and vanilla sticks; - the label contains the words "flavored" and "vanilla"; - the words "flavored" are located under each "calypso" expression; - the words "vanilla" are always located under the words "flavored". Essential features of the second label variant: - the label contains a graphic element depicting three jelly cubes, located on the right side in the lower half of the label; - the background of the label is yellow with tonal transitions in the form of light streaks converging in the vicinity of the graphic element depicting three jelly cubes; - the label contains the words "flavored" and "vanilla with jelly"; - the words "flavored" are located under each "calypso" expression; - the expressions "vanilla with jelly" are always located under the expressions "flavored".
