Abstract

A liquid agent, especially for industrial washing of fabrics which contains sodium salt and/or diethanolamine salt and/or triethanolamine salt of sulphated fatty alcohol, sodium salt and/or diethanolamine salt and/or triethanolamine salt of dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid, alkylphenol ethoxylate and possibly a preservative agent, where it is composed of 2-22 percent by weight of sodium salt and/or diethanolamine salt and/or triethanolamine salt of sulphated fatty alcohol C10-C16, 2-16 percent by weight of sodium salt and/or diethanolamine salt and/or triethanolamine salt of dodecylbenzenesulphonic acid, in which the alkyl radical contains from 11 to 14 carbon atoms, 1-12 percent by weight of nonylphenol ethoxylated with 8-12 moles of ethylene oxide, 2-16 percent by weight of sodium salt and/or diethanolamine salt and/or triethanolamine salt of sulphated alkylphenol ethoxylated salt with 4-8 moles of ethylene oxide, whose alkyl radical in alkylphenol contains 9-12 carbon atoms and for which the degree of the sulphonation of benzene ring is 5-40 percent, and possibly 0-0.5 percent by weight of a preservative agent.

Description

The subject of the invention is an agent, especially for the industrial washing of fibers and fabrics such as wool, rayon or linen. The agent can also be used for pre-soaking raw hides.

There are many substances known to have good washing properties, such as alkyl benzene sulphonates, α-olefin sulphonates, ethoxylates, alkyl phenols, alkylphenol ethoxylates, sulphates, alcohol ethoxylates, alkyl sulphates, alkene sulphates. The selection of appropriate surfactants from this group allows to obtain compositions having a narrow scope of application.

Polish patent specification No. 110 683 describes a washing agent consisting of 210-405 parts by weight of active substances in the form of a mixture of sodium alkene and alkyl sulfates, sodium alkene and alkyloxyethyl sulfates, the product of joining ethylene oxide to nonylphenol and alkyl benzene sulfonates · ', 10 -60 parts by weight of urea,

3 - 25 parts by weight of carboxymethylcellulose, 2 - 1% by weight of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 2 - 1% by weight of the modified polyester of dimethyl terephthalic acid and water to 1000 parts by weight.

A fabric washing agent is also produced containing sodium salt of sulfated unsaturated tallow alcohol, sodium salt of sulfated unsaturated tallow alcohol c-xmethylene with 7 moles of ethylene oxide, nonylphenol oxmethylene with eight moles of ethylene oxide, sodium salt of alkylbenzenesulfuric acid, urea and water.

The known agents suffer from a number of disadvantages such as high viscosity, an inefficient form of an inhomogeneous paste which cools down at temperatures close to zero and causes problems with emptying the containers and dispensing into the laundries.

Moreover, they contain urea, which decomposes in alkaline baths, releasing ammonia.

The object of the invention was to select the composition of the washing composition in such a way as to eliminate the above drawbacks and at the same time obtain a detergent with improved washing properties.

The essence of the invention consists in the development of a liquid agent, especially for industrial washing of fabrics, in the form of a 20-40% aqueous solution consisting of 2-20% by weight of sodium salt and / or diethanolamine and / or triethanolamine of sulphated fatty alcohol ΠΊ 395 g C ₁₀ -C ₁₆ , 2-16% by weight of sodium and / or diethanolamine and / or triethanolamine salt of alkylbenzenesulfonic acid in which the alkyl radical contains 11 to 14 carbon atoms, 1-2% by weight of oxyethylene nonylphenol, 8-2 moles of ethylene glycol, 2-- 16% by weight of the sodium and / or dielanolamine and / or triethanolamine salt of an oxyelylene sulfated alkylphenol with 4-8 moles of ethylene oxide, the alkyl radical of which in the alkylphenol contains 9-12 carbon atoms, and which has a sulfonation degree of 5-40% of the benzene ring.

Advantageously, the properties of the product are obtained by using, in the composition of the present invention, the sodium and / or dielanolammonium and / or trilanolamine salt of sulfated alkylphenol ethoxylated with 4-8 moles of ethylene oxide with a degree of sulfonation of the benzene ring equal to 10-30%.

Surprisingly, it turned out that such a selection of ingredients and their amount and composition according to the invention allowed to obtain an effect in the form of improved washing properties.

Moreover, the addition to the washing composition of the new component in the form of sodium and / or dielroolamine and / or triethanolamine salt of sulphated and ethoxylated nonylphenol resulted in synergism with the detergency of the known components of the agent.

The composition according to the invention, in which the sodium salt with a high degree of sulfonation of the benzene ring equal to 5-40% was used, was also characterized by a reduced viscosity in a wider range of active substance concentrations in relation to the composition for which the salt with a low degree of sulfonation was used. Probably the addition of a salt containing sulfo groups in the benzene ring has an effect on the liquefaction of this composition.

The agent according to the invention is a light yellow to yellow-orange liquid.

Water was introduced into the mixer and, after heating to 60 ° C, sulfated oxyethylene alkylphenol diethanolamine salt, coconut alcohol sulfated sodium salt, sodium alkylbenzene sulfonate and nonylphenyl ethoxylate successively. After thorough mixing, the pH was checked and adjusted to be between 7.5-8.5. The obtained product was a clear liquid.

Examples II-XVI. The agent was prepared as in Example 1 with the individual ingredients in the amounts given in Table 2. (Exemplary compositions are given for the product with a concentration of c = 35% by weight).

Examples II, XII, XIII, XIV in Table 2 illustrate the detergency synergism. The detergency was 98% for the sodium salt of the sulphated and phethelated nonylphenol with the same amount of active substance. When the mixture was used without the sodium salt of sulphated and ethoxylated nonylphenol (Example 13), its detergency was 80%. On the other hand, the mixing of the 3 components in the proportion according to the mixture XIII and the addition of the above-mentioned sodium salt, as described in the composition according to Example 2, resulted in an increase in the detergency of the composition.
