Przeznaczenie znaku: Znak jest znakiem s lowno-graficznym przedsi ebiorstwa z bran zy medycznej i kosmetycznej, specjalizuj acej si e w wytwarzaniu suplementów diety oraz wyrobów medycznych. Wzór przemys lowy powi azany jest z produktami Promediq Sp. z o. o. Cechy istotne wzoru przemys lowego: Istot a wyrobu przemys lowego jest wykorzystanie kompozycji s lowno-graficznej znaku zawiera- jacego na powierzchni eksploatacyjnej kompozycj e plastyczn a. Podstaw a identyfikacji oraz cech a wyró zniaj ac a zg loszony wzór od innych jest czcionka, w la- sciwa dla oznaczenia produktów spó lki Promediq Sp. z o. o. i stworzona specjalnie na potrzeby w/w znaku graficznego. Wyraz „keloo" zapis ma lymi literami, wyró zniaj acy krój czcionki. Nad liter a „e" zawarty jest cha- rakterystyczny element graficzny - po laczone dwie kreski, tworz ace k at rozwarty. Purpose of the sign: The sign is a word-and-graphic sign of a company from the medical and cosmetics industry, specializing in the production of dietary supplements and medical devices. The industrial design is associated with the products of Promediq Sp. z o. o.. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial product is the use of the word-and-graphic composition of the sign containing a plastic composition on the operational surface. The basis for identification and the feature distinguishing the submitted design from others is the font, appropriate for marking the products of Promediq Sp. z o. o. and created specifically for the needs of the above-mentioned graphic sign. The word "keloo" is written in lowercase letters, distinguishing the font type. Above the letter "e" there is a characteristic graphic element - two connected lines, creating an obtuse angle.
